Huntsville Pool & Land Therapy

Arthritis was my issue so the physical therapy was done in the heated pool. The therapists coached me on methods to alleviate my pain. They taught me to be more aware of how I was moving my body and recommended ways to be active without hurting myself. I highly recommend checking them out if you are having pain issues.

This is the best kept secret in Huntsville! The pool is so relaxing and Ande and Becky are sooo good at what they do. I am a doctor who had a severe head trauma 13 years ago and they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. You have to get in touch with your feelings and they constantly remind you to “relax”. And Ande hits you with a thousand ideas. It’s kind of like drinking out of a fire hose. But the results are fantastic.

A very relaxing environment complimented by extremely knowledgeable therapists. They take the time to get to know and understand your body’s strengths and weaknesses. They take into account how your injury affects your whole body function. They see you as a whole person and not just as an injured “shoulder”, “knee” or “back”. Excellent teachers. They take the time to help you understand the physiological aspects of your injury in relation to normal function. The facility is well kept and the pool water is truly warm. I know there’s no perfection in this world, but no other therapy place has made me feel so well taken care of.

I've been to two other physical therapy establishments and didn't have much expectations when I went here. Boy was I wrong! Ande and her staff go above and beyond to help you feel better. Just getting in a heated pool was perfect therapy for my fibro. You can even go for $5 when you don't have therapy. You won't find a better place to heal than here!

Huntsville Pool and Land Therapy are amazing! Becky and Andy go beyond to explain and provide the therapy you need. Everyone in this establishment are very professional. I highly recommend this place, you want be disappointed.

I first met HLPT more than 30 years ago. After various surgeries I have had my recovery time, greatly reduced the ministrations of the HPLT staff. Physical therapy rarely is pleasant, but the staff there is unbelievably talented, making sure that any pain, results in gain. The waterwork is astonishingly effective in making mobility improvements after an injury or surgery. This is the place!

You will not find a better group of caring PT professionals who will take the time to develop a therapy to address your specific areas of concern.

This place is great for pool therapy. And and her staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Since it is a private pool, the temperature can be adjusted for each person.
