If I can give this place minus stars I would. The therapist I had (Melanie) was very knowledgeable, kind and sweet. The receptionist on the 3rd floor Tamar was also very nice and helpful. I finished my therapy a few months ago however my Dr referred me for more. I called 4 times, left messages on their voicemail and spoke with someone who placed me on the call back list. Today I was told that they have 400 patients and the call back takes about 2 weeks. I was willing to wait but I asked if therapists have appointments available that will accommodate me. I need an evening appointment and they go quick. The woman I spoke with was not very interested in my business and acted like she didn’t care. Their office management sucks!!! My business will go somewhere else. Update from last review (May 2023), I’m giving 5 stars : I do t know what has changed but they are now scheduling appointments and their therapists are excellent! Megan is really really sweet and knowledgeable.

I was not able to continue with services here after the team lied to me about my costs. I was told that insurance would cover twelve sessions for the year. The women at the front desk told me it would be completely covered, and not only do I remember them telling me this, it was also written down in my file and later confirmed by one of the front-desk associates. Imagine my surprise when, after my second session, I received a $300 bill! When I called to ask what had happened, the response from the front desk was basically the shrug emoji. They said that they had been wrong to tell me it would be covered, and actually, it went against my deductible. That $300 was for ONE SESSION. $300 for what was basically a 1-hr massage. And that was the *reduced* cost after my insurance told them to lower it. The original cost that they tried to charge for one evaluation session and the first session was $2,400. That's more than a thousand dollars an hour. I understand physical therapy is a skilled profession, but a thousand dollars an hour?? And what are they spending that money on? The interior of the building is depressing. It looks dirty. It's done up in gross yellow walls with sad black and white tiles on the floor. Just being in the place made me feel bad about myself. Whatever they're using the thousands of dollars an hour for, they certainly aren't paying anything to keep the place looking nice and clean. They also messed up one of my sessions and told my therapist the session was at 9 AM, while telling me it was at 1 PM. So I missed that week, but thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have owed another surprise $300. No other business gets to operate like this. Imagine if you went in to get a coffee, and they told you it was $6, but after you drank it they ran out with another bill, "No, wait, it's actually $200!" You'd tell them tough luck. But no, because this is a medical practice, they can outright lie to me about the cost with no repercussions. I'll never be returning here. It's a depressing place to be, and the front desk is not organized, and though it may have been an innocent mistake about my billing, they did nothing to make it better, and seemed to imply it was my fault for being dumb enough to believe them in the first place. If you possibly can, go to a nicer place with better administration. It's going to cost you an arm and a leg regardless, so you might as well go somewhere well-lit and well-run.

I've come away from this clinic dazed and stunned at my experience. I have been going there a few times and sought a competent BUT KIND, friendly and warm therapist. That's what everyone wants from any vocation. Of course we never get to pick who we vibe out, we are assigned to someone. I was originally assigned to a female but because of cancelation I ended up with someone named Jay (jose villanueva). I really really wanted to resonate and like Jay and hoped our association would be productive and pleasant but as the sessions went on he has become unpleasant. I was simply not expecting it and it came out of left field. Today I happily walked over to him, ASSUMING our PT/Client relationship was developing nicely. While he was manipulating me, this time harder than the other times, I explained I have other issues that cause me to be tired, which also means out of focus, so near the end of the session he actually had the unmitigated unprofessional gall to tell me I was pissing him off. He told me I wasn't focusing as well. Truthfully, he hadn't listened to me. I had told him I had other issues that caused me to get tired, lose focus. I don't think he really cares. So while he's criticizing me, he WAS NOT listening to my stories. I told my stories for a reason, relating them back to my present issue, as they're interrelated!!! 20 years ago this would have traumatized me. Today it's simply something I must correct and report. No PT (physical therapist) should be talking to their client (*client..we aren't patients*) that way!! You've read my reviews and come to trust them, you know how I so value customer service, kindness and congeniality. I go out of my WAY in this rude hard world to bring a smile to someone's lips or make them laugh. I do not expect a rushed, painful probing massage and someone irritated at my posture (after all, I've just started going there) & telling me I'm pissing them off. Do you know that's not professional? Do you know that kind of behavior drives people away? I understand his "militant" approach at teaching people, & it works for some, so does a slap in the face, but his militant detached approach without any warmth, humor or kindness doesn't work. I did try to make him laugh though. His drill Sargeant approach works with some I'm sure and I can understand it would shake someone awake, but his telling me I'm making him angry is counterproductive. I was STUNNED. I was repulsed and in shock when he said that. He was standing behind me when he said that so of course that's subversive as he didn't say it to my (albeit, masked) face! APPARENTLY he's blissfully unaware of his major Faux Pais. You know how I feel about ppl aren't self actualized. (Aware of self) I also had another experience with someone named Blair who gave me nausea, dizziness and a huge headache for the rest of the day. SHE USED TOO MUCH PRESSURE on my neck, a very sensitive body part especially when one has issues there. I guess what Jay wants is to improve people's lives and that part is admirable, but he doesn't have any patience. His technique is not kind and it left me feeling as though I had been pummeled and insulted shortly before walking out the door. The more I thought about this surreal and completely weird experience, the more troubled I felt. This is not right. I feel a bit shocked right now, and rather than write this after all my sessions are over, I chose to do it now. Maybe the more brutally honest of you will correct him, and I usually correct and confront rude behavior, but this time I just wanted to get the hell out of there. There is also a 3rd floor with other PT's, I will go there next. Just wanted to report my sad, disappointing experience. Remember to be kind and charming to people, because life is short and kindness is appreciated. Learn something in life that counts.. No one is perfect all the time but try not to hurt people.. build bridges with your friends, clients and families..do not burn them down.. They will forever remember your kindness.🌟

They have the best PT and I am doing much better after a couple sessions. They are knowledgeable and taught me exercise routines that are really helpful. Parking is not free but they will validate your parking stub so you only have to pay some of it.
