Dr. Borenstein is the best doctor I have had in the longest time. His bedside manners are perfect. He explains everything and is patient when listening when I have questions. He will not leave until I understand everything, after he left the exam room, during one visit, I asked a question with one of his staff, he heard my question and came back in the room to answer my question, Dr. Borenstein truly cares for his patients.

I had this terrible back pain that handicapped me a lot. So I had a first medical opinion with an orthopedic surgeon. The consultation was just awful and very misleading. So I googled and find Dr Bradley Johnson. I come from France so it will be my first surgery in the US. I was lost and scared. Dr Johnson was very kind and compassionate. He took a lot of time to explain my medical condition and the kind of surgery needed. He answered to all my questions and concerns. Then the operation underwent very smoothly. After a 4 hour surgery l was up and about in 2 days time. Dr Johnson practices the state of the art techniques and now after 3 weeks my scars are completely healed. Thank you Dr Johnson and thanks to all your team every each one of them came and see me before the surgery they are very kind. Thank you Mr Peacock Man you helped me relax when I was so nervous

I recently dislocated my shoulder and based on the website, I liked that everything I would need was all in one location. Hold time was pretty long to make an appointment, they say they have online booking on their voicemail but it looks like that is outdated and is no longer available. This is a busy place and I ended up getting seen about 45 minutes after my original appointment time. Got X-rays and they put me in a room. Seemed like folks were confused as I was asked, "Are you Andrew" at one point by one of the staff members to make sure they had the rooms right. Doctor came in and was chill, kind of threw me off initially because he just walked in and asked me, "so what's going?" and seemed like he didn't know who I was. He looked at my X-rays and from there everything was a lot smoother. They set me up with a better sling and I was in and out much quicker at this point. The part that pisses me off is that they gave me a flyer to call and book an MRI with their on-site imaging center. Why can't I just book it at check out? Because this place never picks up and they don't call back. It's been nearly a week since my appointment and I've tried multiple times to find a way to contact the imaging center. But they don't get back to me. The phone number listed tells me, "The Verizon service subscriber is not available to take your call." So I'm frustrated because they need an MRI to confirm if I have a tear our not but now I have to find a different ortho because I've tried for a week to get the damn thing and no one gets back to me. So yeah, not a really well-run shop.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Absolutely the worst experience at a doctor’s office. They see you over an hour after your appointment time and for a good two minutes. What’s the point of appointments if you can’t see people on time? I bet they will still charge you if you’re late for your appointment. But that doesn’t apply to the doctors clearly. For a place where people are coming in because of injuries that most likely prevent them from moving around too much, these guys will take their sweet time. When it comes to charging you for the appointment, they are super quick, takes less than two minutes. But need to see the doctor for an injury that has left you in pain? Please wait at least a hour after your appointment time before we take you to the room where you will wait another 15 minutes or so. Don’t bother coming in early to avoid having to wait. Just another hospital that looks at its patients as dollar signs and not human beings.

The office staff was very easy to work with and my appointment took place on time, which seems unusual these days for many medical appointments. Dr. Johnson took time to explain what the potential issues were and also was based on my test results and also walked me thru the next steps. Overall a great experience.

At my first appointment at Huntington Orthopedics, I waited over three hours to be seen. When I was finally called back, I was seen by the PA, who determined that I needed surgery. I was told that the scheduler would come to see me, but after waiting another 15-20 minutes, I was informed that the scheduler had already left for the day. Fortunately, someone called me the next morning to schedule my surgery. However, given that I had made an appointment and waited an unreasonable amount of time, I was frustrated that I couldn't schedule it on the day of my visit. When I had my surgery, the nurses and anesthesiologist were very kind; however, I didn't speak to Dr. Tang until I was taken into the OR, and this was only briefly before anesthesia put me under. Dr. Tang was also late. After the surgery, Dr. Tang did not come to speak to me, so I was left unaware of what had happened during the procedure. Upon my request, a nurse came by and vaguely discussed surgery details. For my post-op appointment 10 days later, I was scheduled to see the PA again. I informed the nurses that I had yet to speak with the surgeon and insisted that I would not talk to anyone else. I was seen roughly 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Apparently, a new scheduling system is in place, but I’m not sure if my shorter wait time was due to that or simply because I had a morning appointment. Thankfully, Dr. Tang was available to see me, but it’s absurd that I had not spoken to him before or directly after surgery, and there was no intention for him to speak to me even at my post-op appointment! During this appointment, he informed me that I would need another surgery to remove hardware—hardware I wasn't even aware I had until that moment. Overall, they need to fix their scheduling and/or start turning away clients so they can prioritize the ones they do have and minimize wait times. I would have appreciated knowing what happened to me during the surgery immediately afterward and would have preferred to receive an accurate healing/surgery timeline in that same conversation instead of 10 days later.

This place is awful! For anyone who is attending here please reconsider. The front desk are impatient and the reason being they over book. One waits for hours to see the Dr. It’s like going jiffy lube or a meat market. I had my authorizations with me and was told they still had to verify my insurance. What a bunch of crap. Apparently there is only one person verifying with insurance companies for 7 doctor. Would it not be common sense to have more than one person verify if this was the case. I don’t want to come back here and I would recommend anyone else coming here to rethink their visit and look into other options. They have not even thought about what it cost to pay for parking around this area. It’s ridiculous.

Dr. Johnson is an excellent doctor, he is an expert in whatever he does. He performed a miracle surgery on my femur. He is kind, gentle, and passionate in what he does. I give him 10 stars. God brought me to the emergency room otherwise I wouldn’t know who to pick if they had asked me.
