Humpal Physical Therapy

I had a very positive experience at this location. The team is efficient and well trained starting with receptionist and schedulers. The Physical Therapy Team encouraged me to push myself to be able to recover quickly. My surgeon was impressed with my rehabilitation and progress I made in such a short period. I told the surgeon I give all the credit to the team at Humpal Physical Therapy. This is a five star facility.

Continuous billing for almost 3,000.00...They were paid by our attorneys months ago but continue harassing billing.. Plus...they actually made our health condition worse by not understanding the seriousness of our medical condition..very dangerous place and humlpal billing damaged OUR CREDIT RATING..!..

I have been coming to this facility since August. I have been treated so well by all the staff. The staff has been encouraging and shown patience during my difficult times. The staff including Lucas David Brianna Cody and Eric and so many more acknowledged me when they see me and take real interest in how my treatment is going. I have been doing hydrotherapy and am super impressed by the staff constantly cleaning and sanitizing everything. The support in this facility is amazing. This being my first time having to seek out and participate in physical therapy has made me feel relaxed and comfortable to show up and do my best. Thank you staff. You make me want to come back time and again.

I felt it necessary to edit my prior 4 star review. I was initially happy with my consult and treatment plan, however, I ended up stopping my therapy, as it entailed only exercises I could do at home, rather than pay $25 copay per session for a therapist to visit with others as they watched me do my exercises for an hour. I have been to PT on more than one occasion, and have not experienced such a lack of effort put toward not only me, but many others whom were receiving rehab, as well... 4 initial stars reduced to 2.

Absolutely love this place! They quickly see you, they have wonderful customer service and the therapists are so nice! My mom came here because of her arm and im so glad I picked this place out for her! I dont regret it!

Took my daughter there after a serious leg/foot injury, the care and attention provided by Laura P was amazing. She helped my daughter through an extremely difficult time and we are thankful for her expertise. Would recommend her to anyone!!!

I had my Physical Therpay 2014 for my Left Knee at the 5 Points Location. The Therapist Mandy and Annie were absolutely great. The gym technicians were always assisting and energetic. I am proud to say my daughter is now a gym technician for Humpal and working on her Bachelors in Kinesiology. With plans in getting her degree in Physical Therapy...possibly even her Doctorate! If I ever need PT again I will choose HUMPAL again!

An "AWESOME" experience . Staff very friendly and professional. Place very clean and safe. Thank you HPT for all your patience in getting me to walk on my own two feet again. You guys are AWESOME!!!❤
