Karen is an extremely attentive therapist. She is knowledgeable of her craft. She is able to answer all my questions. Rebekah customer service is outstanding. She is able to accommodate my appointments around my work schedule. Thank you ladies!!! Y'all are some of the best people to work with.

Jason and Karen are seasoned therapists that have vast knowledge of the body. Jason worked with me and my hip and back became better and stronger. The atmosphere in the clinic is very calm and everyone is friendly including Rebecca, the receptionist, Sarah, the tech and Abby, the intern. Jason and Karen are confident therapists that seem to enjoy helping their patients get rehabilitated. I highly recommend using Jason or Karen to get your body back to normal!

HPRC was a wonderful experience for me after my knee replacement surgery. Jason and Karen are the consumate professionals and know their responsibilities inside and out. Everything from scheduling to comfort was first rate. I know, left to my own devices, without their expert, and caring attention to my personal recovery, I wouldn't have been able to come through recovery as quickly or completely as I did. You can't go wrong with these fine caring human beings!

Therapists were good, but I was misled on what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out-of-pocket per visit. I was told at the time of my first visit there would be a $50.00 co-pay, which was never mentioned over the phone. When I told one of the therapists I was not interested in paying that, I was then told the co-pay wouldn't be $50.00 but the precise co-pay would not be known until their billing person returned from vacation. They proceeded to book me for the rest of the month at two visits per week. Two weeks later I received a bill for $150.00. When I questioned this, I was asked, "how much can you afford to pay?" Needless to say, I stopped going there and paid the $150.00.

Jason was awesome to work with! Super professional. He listened to everything I told him was going on and worked on a plan of care that helped so much.

Great place to rehabilitate. Jason was the main guy who helped me out and I’m thankful for him. The staffs are also welcoming, friendly and really there for you. I appreciate them and may God bless them.

Karen and the staff have helped my recovery from several injuries and each time they’ve been comprehensive in the evaluation of my injury, prescriptive in the therapies which will help with recovery, and open and caring in their interactions with me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
