Front office staff very friendly, warm and professional. No long wait. NP was gentle and professional. Was best fluid removal and shot giver I ever had. A 10 for understanding and calming my anxiety. Dr. Fernicola Was what I was hoping for. Not rushing, he listened and answered each question. Made me feel like he understood my dilemma. I felt less anxious upon leaving the office.

I just had the worse experience with front office staff. I have never in my life dealt with Staff this vile and nasty. I was also hung up on. I don’t even feel comfortable going to this office again. I am disgusted. I would not recommend this office. If you want to go an office that cares about the patients and their medical. This is not the office.

Friendly, short wait time, and great care. Surgery was in their hospital in Phoenix City which is a great facility. Knee replacement surgery went very smoothly and was back on my feet as projected and best of all, no more knee pain.

Hi , 08/2/2024 I would enjoy explaining my perfect visit First , acceptable short wait First person , Tomeka was overly consider it Dr Patrick , checked all my boxes , he listened, made eye contact , introduced, i assume , intern , he took time to explain every question , was gently and southernly mannerly . He is the very BEST! Explains everything, extremely kind caring&concerned in every aspect for his patients! His office staff are top notch as well, kudos to his scheduler Tamika, who always over extends herself for their patients! Totally satisfied, going back for my other hip next month! Thank you all for all your kindness and consideration!

I was very pleased with every aspect of Hughston Clinic in Albany/Leesburg. The reception area was welcoming and a special shout out to Aubrey for calling me about appointment time change. The reception area and staff can make or break an office, they are all wonderful. Dr. Tucker's nurse, Deidra, was very hospitable, as were the ladies that gathered my information and xrayed my knee. P.A. Nick explained the findings and answered all my questions. Dr. Tucker very knowledgeable also and answered my questions, shared the prognosis and gave me an injection. All these people were caring and kind. When I have my knee replacement, I know it will be absolutely perfect, with Dr. Tucker and his team. Thank you all, Penny Bolin
