I am a busy general and vascular surgeon who developed a debilitating back spasm that made performing surgery painful and difficult. I made an appointment to see the owner Gail Frayna, who I remembered from her previous position many years ago as a therapist at my hospital, where I recalled how she took excellent care of my patients. After two visits with Gail and her top notch staff my back pain and spasm had completely resolved, much to my great satisfaction. Gail is an amazingly gifted and skilled therapist and her staff is professional, attentive and above board. An A+ to HPPS; I’m very proud of Gail’s success she deserves it. It is not unexpected as she is super-talented, has very worked hard to establish this fine facility, and deserves her widespread 5-star reputation.

HPPS is the BEST. I started going to their Union City office about 2 years ago to use some of their high-tech recovery equipment such as the Normatec compression boots and Red Light therapy room. When a running-related injury forced me to get surgery last November, I knew HPPS was my #1 choice for rehab. Over the course of 6 months, the team went above and beyond to create a customized treatment plan that helped me make a full recovery sooner than expected. I had the pleasure of having Mari as my physical therapist who consistently challenged me each visit to get stronger, more flexible, and ultimately pain-free. Unlike other physical therapy offices I’ve been to where the therapist is busy juggling multiple patients and spends little time with you, Mari provided her full undivided attention every visit to ensure I was doing every exercise correctly while giving me helpful tips and feedback along the way. When things started to feel tight or achy, Lorena was there to give the BEST deep-tissue massages and provide other helpful recovery services like Graston and Cupping. As a runner, it was tremendously helpful to start easing my way back on their AlterG anti-gravity treadmill which allowed me to go through the motion of running and maintain my conditioning. I've now been out of physical therapy for about 3 months and have never felt better. I’m fully back to running pain-free and am even training for a marathon this fall thanks to HPPS. I learned so much throughout rehab that I still incorporate into my training today and am beyond grateful for the world-class team and facility at HPPS.

The 4 weeks of therapy were great, Day 1 I entered with lower back pain that I have been dealing with for years and now I do not have that horrible pain at the end of the day from sitting all day. Natalie was my therapist and she was so kind and helpful I was in god hands and it was reasonable priced and easy to pay. The rest of the staff was so warm and welcoming when I would come in, great customer service and make you feel welcomed. I definitely will be referring people who need a psychical therapy center.

A great physical therapy experience. The space is roomy and clean and well equipped. Mari, Lorena and Natalie are top notch. Very skilled and knowledgeable and a perfect combo of attentive and tough. They pushed me out if my comfort zone!!!! Highly recommend HPPT.

The entire staff at Hudson Premier are amazing caring people, from the front desk to the therapists. They try their best to accommodate with everything you can possibly think of. The facility is clean and has a comfortable environment. The therapists take their time to explain the exercises, so you can do them on your own as well. Staff is friendly and always helpful and always willing to answer any questions I had. I saw Mari and Monica for physical/massage therapy which they were awesome because they make you feel comfortable and were always attentive and always listen to any questions and/or concerns. The whole staff, they are always so pleasant and happy to see you. They go above and beyond in their practices!

The whole team is fantastic. I'm so happy I found this place. They are professional and caring, they always make me feel welcome. My back pain has gotten much better. You won't regret coming here.

1 of the best places for physical therapy. I am being treated for my lower back pain and shoulder pain and the pain has reduced and feeling much better. Natalie is doing an awesome job... keep up the good work 👏

The most warming and caring staff ever, not a single session without laughing! I came here for 3 months due to bad knee pain and I have made so much progress since. Due to my sessions here, I can finally return to long distance running :)!
