Patient experiences
The entrance is around back. It's downstairs. I went for a full medical exam for a job. The staff was very nice and had a great sense of humor. I like to joke. They joked back. Best medical exam I have had since the one a few years ago at Caterpillar. 6 stars. Keep up the good work.
This place is worse than the DMV, and more expensive. Absolute trash. Just plan on waiting your entire day away while the staff chit-chat and do zero work, right in front of you.
Dr. Adults Moosa, DO, MPH at HSHS Occupational Health is absolutely the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He takes the time to talk to you and really goes over and above to find a way of helping you to control and eventually eliminate your pain. I highly recommend this doctor for any and all injuries that you may be dealing with that require a dedicated and caring professional to get you back on the road of total healing.
This is my first time using HSHS Occ Health and I thought Paula and Amanda were amazing!!! They were so helpful with their processes, and beyond kind. I hope all my tests are through them.
I recently had an examination and unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience with the staff. The nurse assistant was unprofessional and their behavior made me uncomfortable throughout the entire process.
Very rude staff. Very agressive and not understanding. Wanted to talk down and basically sniff their own butts rather than do ther job and get people on their way. Front desk was fine and the wait is understandable considering the business they are. I would never recommend someone if they had a choice.
Had to take a physical and drug test today for a job! They were all very professional, friendly and attentive. Shout out to Barb she did really well helping get through my PFT
Don't come here if you're in pain. They will NOT help you. Pretty sure 1 particular doctor there has a crackerJacks degree. A couple of the nurses were helpful and 1 male doctor was very knowledgeable. If you're in pain, don't even think they'll help you deal with it.
