The OTs at Howard Head Physical Therapy in Frisco are professional, courteous, and dedicated to helping patients regain hand function. After my UCL surgery, Lauren used her expertise to improve my thumb’s range of motion and strength . Today I “graduated”and I’m so grateful for her encouragement and professional commitment to help me recover. Thanks Lauren, Mary, Sue and the entire Howard Head staff!

Emma is the best. She helps make you feel so safe and heard. I felt like i was learning more things about myself with all of our sessions. What a great little place for PT. Thank you(:

Unfortunately feel the need to leave a negative review here. For one initial evaluation visit, they ended up billing 3 individual line items and costs for what was presented as all part of the initial visit/evaluation. They made no effort/comments to make it clear they were performing what is considered separate or additional services that would result in increased cost - which seems very intentional in hindsight. I did contact the billing team to share this feedback and seek some sort of resolution, with the intent to return for follow up visits. They flat out refused this was a mistake or out of the ordinary in any way (i.e., it was intentional) citing "anti-kickback statues." So, if you make the bad decision to visit this practice, ensure you are very clear on costs you will incur. This is a very short-sighted business practice.

Wait for it........The Good: High quality PT (I should know, I'm a Mayo Clinic graduate PT that has practiced for over 26 years) The Bad: and The Ugly: I received my first bill today for my son's treatment. They billed my insurance more than $1200 for just 2 visits!! He had back and hip discomfort (no surgery, no disabilities, no injury). I now owe $611 for 2 PT visits and let me tell you as a PT this is beyond unreasonable or customary; this has got to be predatory billing. PT visits usually high end at $200 for evaluation and treatment NOT $600 - $800. I'm beyond angry, I will be taking this before the Colorado State regulatory board and beyond.

Went here for some hip flexor issues, and Nicole Wente was excellent. Would recommend seeing her for sure!
