Howard Head Sports Medicine - Dillon

I want to preface that Emma Wallace is an incredible, attentive, caring and knowledgeable PT. I kept going as long as I did during my pregnancy because I adore her- but I’m not anymore as I’ve never dealt with a practice more unorganized / not in control of their own patient communication system. If a clinic tells me they are sending a text reminder, and I live across the street, I feel safe relying on that text. But at this point, 5 different receptionists over 5 different appointments have told me “you’ll get a text” only for the next receptionist to say “whoever you spoke to never properly added your number”. Or “yeah we get this complaint a lot, I’ll pass your message along”. It’s ridiculous at this point. You’d think they’d change their system or correctly input your information, instead of just acknowledging that you’re one of many frustrated patients. It is incompetence like I’ve never seen.

I broke my neck snowboarding this past December which cascaded into different issues throughout the rest of my body due to wearing a neck brace for 12 weeks. I mainly had PT with Aaron who did a fantastic job, first listening to my various ailments and then tailoring the session to address the most pressing issues. I would never have gotten my life back to its fullest this quickly without him. I cannot recommend Howard Head and Aaron highly enough! Great job and many thanks!

I had knee replacement surgery completed at the Steadman clinic in Vail. They wanted to begin physical therapy within 48 hours of the procedure. I wanted to use Howard Head Physical Therapy at the new Dillon Medical center. By pure luck, I was assigned to Nicole. I have had to use a PT several times in my life. Nicole is, by far, the most professional, capable and sweetest person I have ever dealt with. I went from knee replacement to walking with a cane in 7 days. She has the ability to distract me with conversation while completing various leg extensions or bending exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable about the overall process of knee replacement and was able to put me at ease. She got me through the tough days The Dillon medical center is new. They still have some growing pains to go though. I am sure they will be great due to the people at Howard Head

Love this office. Been to PT too many times to count in multiple cities/states and this was by far my favorite experience. I worked on my shoulder for a few months pre surgery and then another 6 weeks post surgery. Thank you to the front desk who was always so nice and accommodating when I constantly had to change my appointments. And shoutout to Hank who is the man. Best PT hands down. Go here!!!!

At the end of a collegiate athlete carrier I unfortunately had a rare knee problem that required surgery as soon as possible. I was blessed to work with Emma at Howard Head Sports Medicine in Silverthorne for my road of physical therapy post surgery. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my endless questions but she also is able to put the spark back in my recovery with her kind and caring nature to get you better. The environment overall is fun and honestly the highlight of my recovery process.

I strongly recommend you get a new receptionist at the Silverthorne location because she is probably making you lose lots of business. I never complain like this but the woman who answered the phone on 1/11 was so rude and unhelpful that I felt like I needed to say something. People are in pain that are calling to get help. You'd think you'd be a little nicer and not super rude to potentially new patients. I was very nice and was just calling to get information about getting help for my chronic pain. I think you need to leave your job because you clearly hate it.

Had broken my wrist (10 screws and two plates) and the physio that they gave me, and the work they did, helped me regain full mobility. Every physio I saw was great!
