The team at Howard County Physical Therapy are awesome. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, but they've been really great at treating a tricky knee injury that's sidelined me for weeks. I owe them a debt of gratitude for their support and hard work and for getting me back on my feet and moving again.

Howard County Physical Therapy was outstanding in every aspect. They were reliable, professional, weloming, efficient, competent, and polite. Jay is the consummate professional-always prepared, helpful, skilled, encouraging and on his game. He made PT fun and engaging and also truly helped me heal. I would highly recommend him and HCPT.

Howard County Physical Therapy provides the best physical therapy in the area. The front office staff and the techs are professional and helpful. Both my husband and I received the best therapy for my our injuries from Amber Campitelli and Justin Beichler. Both of them are knowledgeable and they listened to our concerns and always followed up with our physicians . We highly recommend HCPT, but especially Amber and Justin.

We have used Howard County PT for probably 20+ years. Jay is the best PT I have ever worked with. I've gone for neck/back pain and shoulder injuries (with great success.) We also go for rehabilitation PT following any surgery. The office staff is also good with insurance.

So this practice has competent physical therapists but their office staff, billing personnel and owner are incompetent, rude and lack compassion. My adult disabled child who needs weekly PT received Medicare last summer and the office screwed up and continued improperly billing past insurance plan. When the error was discovered they were owed nearly $800 additional in copayments(a couple hundred had been paid to date). They demanded lump payment in order to continue to provide care unless it was paid in full. Disability is $869 a month. A do-able payment plan was offered by us to catch up on the outstanding bill and was rudely declined.(Owner's decision) They refuse to continue care. They will be getting 5 or 10 bucks a month until eternity as far as I am concerned. I had also previously been a patient there but never again. They literally made billing errors for 5 months but are abusing the patient for it. Run from this practice.

This office has been great. Ive had two surgeries for quite a serious leg injury and recovery has been long and tough, even for the PTs I have seen prior. I came here last minute due to an insurance issue and im very glad. The staff is clearly knowledgeable and its obvious they care about your outcome. I have seen 3 so far and all were great. I usually see Jay or Justin and both have been wonderful. I cant always come at the same time, or book far ahead so I see who is available. It means a lot to me when they both check on me and how im doing even when im there with the other one. They speak to each other and it feels like a joint effort. (No pun intended). My leg has improved a lot since going there and when my leg is cleared from PT, ill come here for my neck, back and shoulder issue as well. The assistants have been equally helpful and kind. The office is large, clean and private for sessions. I will also add my initial consultation was very thorough and i finally felt i found someone who would understand the injury and be able to help, i knew day 1 i would be in good hands, literally. The women whos always at the front desk is always kind and helpful too.
