Hot Springs Health Program

Hotsprings physical therapy has been great helping me recover from a difficult injury. The therapists are friendly, knowledgeable, and really take time during follow ups to ensure I’m progressing in my treatment. Thanks to them I’m steadily recovering and getting my function back. One of the best parts is my sessions are always on time, a rarity these days.

I was unable to adequately care for one of their patients who transfered their care to me bacause it was impossible to talk to a live person and no one ever called back. Poor coordination of health care!

I have severe spinal stenosis and arthritis in my neck that "flare's up" a couple of times a year. As soon as it happens I go in to see John, and he is able to get me squared away and back on my feet. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Recommend for all of your PT needs!!

Run far from this place the turn over is absolutely incredible due to management or lack there of period. Will terminate you without giving you any benefit of the doubt for whatever reason they deem fit. Forget trying to be a productive part of the team here management does not listen to your opinion or concerns in ways to promote efficiency with then the office. They will overwork you and use you and then let you go without giving you a chance to re correct mistake. The favoritism is unbelievable. Some people can get away with everything including giving wrong or multiple vaccines to peds with only a slap on the wrist or warning while others get terminated for honest mistakes made due to lack of education and training. All offices do things differently. And you are taught to be able to critically think and problem solve, However, if not done their exact way they terminate you without explaining to you they do not allow alternative methods ( even though those methods are safe and you have been trained to administer for years). Just the worst Management. Back stabbing, brown noses who went be a team player but first to tattle or they to get u in trouble. No organization...poor communication... uneducated Management. This place needs a thorough cleaning of all Management..some providers and some employees. You've been warned! In 8 months ... 8 people fired or quit.. yet it's the EMPLOYEE S... "RIGHT"

The therapists at Hot Springs Health Program are awesome! I have been to several other place around the area and they are the first ones to actually help my back pain. Highly recommend this clinic.

It doesn't take 7 working days for a health provider to get back to a patient.

They were wonderful with my Mom. Dr. Shelton is amazing and the office staff was so nice! Thank you!

Just as wonderful as the Mars Hill location.
