I have been to several therapy sessions elsewhere, where they tell you what to do and let you go. You don't get the one on one contact like you do here. Every time I have been there, I am the only one there. I love this place and will continue to go to horizon therapy as needed in the future.

I hurt my shoulder last October. I've been in pain since then. I was glad I finally was able to start physical therapy. Coming here I feel like they all really care. Very friendly staff. Troy is very professional and actually makes going to therapy fun.I highly recommend.

Last year I took a major fall. I broke my leg, my upper arm and injured both knees. I began my rehabilitation at Horizon in Blair. I attribute my progress to the patience, compassion and expertise of the therapists. Troy and Tammy shared their extensive knowledge of body mechanics in a way I could understand and accept. They provided exercises and education to promote the healing of my injuries and restore my abilities to the highest levels. I still need knee surgery this summer and I am so grateful I know exactly where to go for excellent, professional care and therapy.

Such a welcoming place! I have been to some awful physical therapy places, but here they actually care about each patient that comes through. I highly recommend to go here for any physical therapy needs. Seriously, do not go anywhere else in Blair.

My daughter went here after she was diagnosed with MS to relearn how to walk and ballance after a full relapse. Now I'm here for a knee replacement! Thus crew is amazing! They have definitely helped push me with my new knee while making aure I'm staying safe and not damaging anything. I would TOTALLY recommend them!

Have been seeing Troy for about 3 months for therapy for my knee replacement. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have been to other PT places where you were on your own at times but Troy stays with you during the entire session. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend Horizon.
