Horizon Rehabilitation Centers

I was referred to Horizon Rehabilitation Centers Physical Therapy by a friend who is a physical therapist and had owner, Tammy, as an instructor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center school of physical therapy. Knowing this, I knew I would be receiving competent care. Coleman Westerby has been treating my complex back, calf and ankle issues. His expertise and competence truly has made a difference in my life. His knowledge, ability to communicate and educate is excellent; whether it is with deep tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, or instructions on strength building and flexibility. Michelle in billing is easy to work with and Laura at the front desk is always cheerful and welcoming.

I love this facility for so many reasons! The staff, Michelle and Laura are very professional, friendly and very caring. They greet you with a smile every time you walk in the door. Troy is exceptional Physical Therapist and has helped me achieve my goals after TKR and also relief of pain, numbness and tingling in neck and arms. They have developed an amazing community for those who have completed their PT and want to continue their exercises or rehab. I highly recommend Horizon!!

I have been going Ttoy Coleman and Tammy for several years always treated with dignity and respect . Most recently went through rehab from brain lymphoma with multiple strengthen and balance issues. According to of the machine metrics have improved 430 percent from initial baseline

Troy and Michelle are wonderful people. With a serious injury not only do you want a PT who knows their stuff but a warm, welcoming and safe environment truly helps the healing process. I do not think I have ever walked in without hearing laughter and seeing smiles from other patients. Troy has built a great business that has helped a lot of people! Thanks for everything guys.

Tammy is a wonderful therapist. She worked with my 93 year old mother for her vertigo issue. Tammy was very thorough and spent quality time with her. My mom has a therapist outside the Omaha area and my mom was extremely satisfied with the care and attention given to her situation. Continue to provide the care you give to patients. You are special!

Every time I come in for my appointment, I always feel comfortable and like i’m getting better. My physical therapist not only is extremely helpful during my session but gives me great advice to follow outside of the building to start improving on my own. The place itself is very nice and welcoming. Overall great experience!
