My mother went missing from this facility. This is her residence. She went missing while having a episode of mental distress. She went missing 9/25/23 at 3am. We were not notified until 9/27/23 after noon. The police were notified that same day way too long after she went missing. This is negligence this is a display of complete disregard for the patient and their family. It says it's open 24 hrs obviously not where we're you guys went my mom needed you why did she even have to call 911 and then sent crisis for her if you are open 24 hrs

This place saved my life. You have to have the desire to be ready to surrender and CHANGE everything bout you and your life. If you arent ready then this place isn't for you. Period. Be accountable and don't blame them cause you weren't ready to change.

Lots of promises of services, little to no follow-through. I am on my fourth case manager in a year, never even met the third one. I am on my third or fourth medical doctor and I’ve lost count of what number psych professional I’m on. They have such a high employee turnover rate and such a low follow-up with patients, I don’t know how they haven’t seen a lawsuit for negligence at this point. It took me calling and asking if I needed to go inpatient again since they weren’t providing care, before they even returned my calls. The message I have gotten loud and clear is this: the patients do not matter, we have too much in-house drama to care. My new case manager seems a bit more on top of things, but I’m not holding out too much hope. It has been recommended by another service that I change companies. If this case manager leaves as well, I’m done. This many changes in staff in a single year? This long to even turn in the paperwork for my disability? The lies to their clients? Honestly, I’m only giving one star because my last PCP got me the referrals I needed. I moved here from out of state and had to push to get the same specialists here I had back home. Still don’t have some of them because the PCP couldn’t be bothered to get my records to show I’d had these specialists before, didn’t want to have to justify it to my insurance. Absolute BS. But at least I got my gyno, Neuro, and pain management.

I have found EVERYONE I have felt with has been kind, and helpful. Sierra who answers the phone goes out of her way to assist and get you with the right person. Liz in financial services is positive and upbeat goes the extra mile.

This place is a joke. They lost medical papers wouldn’t take accountability for loosing them and placed blame on me. I was told it was a vocational place for help with job placement and help with housing. I’m not a drug addict nor a alcoholic. I had a mental breakdown. I was falsely told that it would help. Yet it was a twelve step program and the staff with few and I mean a few exceptions were unprofessional rude and condescending to the clients. As per hippa privacy policies they dropped the ball. I would suggest somewhere else to sober up. Staff needs more training and better coping skills.

The counselor that worked with me tried to get me to get rid of my soulmate, said it would better my life. Nothing these people did for me helped me!!! Their kind of treatment never makes anyone better, they just bandade the problem by alot of pills and cheap talk!!!(in my opinion) Hallelujah Amen😇😇😇
