Personally, liked my therapist but services are extremely inconsistent, therapist has forgotten my appointments a couple times, and I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled, I myself have accidentally forgotten my appointment a time or two but this is constantly happening. Not to mention it’s damn near impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Look somewhere else people as my family has even had same experiences.

So I've had no issue with therapists or the receptionist my issue is with the psychiatrist Troy Stevenson. He put me on an SSRI knowing I have a history of negative reaction to meds in that medication class. I've not been able to get a hold of him and he constantly "misses" my appointments. I ran out of my meds entirely and am having horrible withdrawals and I can't get a hold of Troy or anyone who works with Troy

I had my schedule for a certain time that I had stored in my calendar. I got there and they said I was 10 minutes late and now they can't see me. I think I should still have been seen but the personnel were talking about the provider being late, so late that they said she would need my time to take care of the person prior to me. My appt was for an hour. So now I am being punished because provider was late, not me.

Very good place to go or take your kids for many things mental. Or physical. Friendly honest people. Tell Sandy I said Hi !
