The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. We toured the facility and had our little ones referral sent there, and within a week, we have been scheduled for an evaluation. This has been a surprisingly quick process considering the great need for services in our area. I'm hopeful it will continue to be a positive experience.

My son had a therapy here for quite some time and it was a pleasant experience for us because the RBTs esp. lilly,arrick,kylie who are taking care of him was very helpful and supportive on my son’s development. To rosa who is always accomodating and the rest of the team. Thank you, keep up the good work.

I've been calling them since March trying to get an assessment for my son. I've emailed the feedback email already, left 3 or 4 voicemails, tried different extensions. ONE time I got a human being instead of a voicemail prompt and was told I would get a callback within a few days. It's now May: no calls, no emails, no voicemails, no texts. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. They're the only people that don't have a cut-off for 7yr Olds and they won't answer the damn phone. All these reviews talking about their communication are 100% accurate. Wish I could say something about the actual staff, but I'd have to actually speak to someone for that.

The therapist was incredibly well informed with many years of experience that made us feel trusting in his diagnosis. He took his time and evaluated our son so closely. Front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. What we were thinking would be a stressful scarey evaluation was actually an insightful pleasant experience

I’ve been calling for days and even leaving VM and no answer or call backs .. I’m doing down to the closest center to see what is happen for my sons application.. WISH ME LUCK

I have left 3 voicemails with them within the last month!! They never answer!!

Both Hopebridge center and local, they never answer the phone. how did you do the business.

Wish they would answer the phone rather than immediately hanging up.
