My son and I love Hopebridge! You can tell that they truly care about their little people. They do a very good job at assigning tasks that the child needs at the moment. They're very sweet and love our children!

I have a 9 year old son that I took to Hopebridge in Marion, IN, for an evaluation. The eval was completed and they told us he needed 20 hours a week of occupational therapy. They said that someone would be getting back with us to set this up. That was Nov.15, 2018. As of today, Jan.27, 2019, we still do not have anything in place for him to start his OT. We have called repeatedly to try to get something going for our son but still nothing is being done. They won't even return my calls now. I was called once and told that our doctors office never returned the referral form so I went to the office and they showed me where the Doc had signed the referral, and that Hopebridge comes weekly and picks it up. I have called and left messages to get to the bottom of this... No response... I am only writing this because my son is being tormented by the sensory tapping, he asks often when someone is going to contact us... He ask when am I going to get help? I ask, when is my son going to get help? If the schedule, or time-slots are full, at least contact us and tell us that and maybe give us a name of another facility, or organization

I was not happy when I spoke with the manager she told me because my husband would have tricare my son would be turned away. And this is so not fair as a mom just because my husband is in the reserves my son will be turned away. And i need this for my son who is struggling in talking.
