Alright, where to start. The kids and employees (RBT) are wonderful. They make what you do meaningful. Don't trust management. They not only talk bad about each other behind their backs and they have favorites. They want the kids to be safe but if you know, anyone can get into the clinic. They do have unlocked doors. Employees eat each other's food or will eat your kids food, and management won't do anything about it except say "Don't eat the kids food". You can work your heart out and they don't care. But, let's go back to the kids. They are lovely. It's so fun working with them every day. The RBTs make your day fun and enjoyable.

My son has been going here since June. He’s made tremendous progress and we have bi-weekly progress meetings. His BCBA’s are phenomenal. He is very loved there and LOVES going every day. They make sure to show him so much love, attention, and care, all while he gets quality therapy. This is an AMAZING place for ABA therapy and I HIGHLY suggest if you’re looking for ABA therapy for your autistic child, that you go there! I can’t say enough about how much we love this place and everyone there!!

I really wanted this to be the place for my son but was greatly disappointed. From the start I saw red flags. When we showed up for assessment they told us we were not on the schedule literally had to show them my confirmation. So we moved forward. My son’s BCBA literally never did anything. She sent me a treatment plan that had another child’s name in it but I disregarded. She never followed up to get any releases from me for his epi pen or other facilities like his school but I disregarded. The fact that they were unorganized I tried to look past because it’s about the therapy provided but his BCBA never even had parent conferences with me and he went there for months. She asked for his teacher’s info then never even made contact with her. I was constantly asking his teacher if she heard from her and getting no. She even lied to me and said she scheduled to meet with my son’s teacher when she did not. I checked my son out of school everyday to drop him off and have no idea of what he was doing at therapy or his progress. I thought the entire purpose was to incorporate the parent so the behavior can be reinforced. My son has an AAC device and she even lied and said she created a page for Hopebridge when I created that page myself when he first got the device and all she did was rename it. This lady is either burned out or just does not care. I was so disappointed in the service he was receiving I took him out because he was missing out on so much at school. I have been trying to get my son in therapy since he was 2 he’s 7 now but insurance was always an issue. When we finally got an opportunity I was so hopeful only to be let down. If you take a chance on this facility I hope your experience is better than mine good luck.

This place is awesome! Everyone has been so kind and loving and accepting of my son. We got to go and watch them how their normal day goes and I was impressed. Very happy with them and see improvement in my son daily. Could not ask for better care givers/therapists/teachers….. cause that’s what they are!!
