Our son has been with Hopebridge since right before his second birthday. A diagnosis in the state of Alabama is almost impossible before a third birthday (no matter insurance), so we went to the Hopebridge in Marietta, Georgia to be able to get him started with therapy. I highly suggest those reading this do the same to get early treatment (or find another place that will diagnosis online or in another state). It will likely run you out of pocket. This facility has seen our little man go from completely non-verbal to fully speaking in a year’s time not to mention his behavior and demeanor. Completely AMAZING transformation. Hopebridge has been our miracle. All autism facilities are short-handed, understaffed and have longer waits than they would want. I had to follow-up on my own with all of them and we touched base with probably 12 or 13 places before finding this one. If you have a bad experience with wait times or the like, please don’t blame a facility, blame the system.

Terrible customer service. They promised us an appointment within a month. They did not follow up with us. Didn’t answer repeated requests for appointments or prices. After 3 months of going back and forth they finally said they didn’t take BCBS insurance. I even offered to pay out of pocket and they didn’t answer. I don’t think they actually have a therapist. They don’t care about our son getting help and wasted our time.

False Advertising! My child was waitlisted for months only for me to receive an email advising that they no longer accept Medicaid. This was a waste of time and cruel to families with children in need of ABA Therapy!

Absolutely amazing. The work if they're doing is just barnone top-notch, there are definitely doing some major things for the community. Does your child suffer from autism or do you know somebody who suffers from autism please recommend this place I don't know what all they do but if you or your child or somebody you know has autism, this is definitely worth your time to look up. The people in here couldn't be kinder and they are tenderhearted in this is just really a Christian attitude in the Christian way to act, we all got to be helpful to those who people who are in need P. S. I was your gopuff delivery driver... The lady that I always speak to in there, she is absolutely phenomenal and when you walk in the door you cannot help but to smile like the Grinch from ear-to-ear because of her smile. She makes your day shine when you walk in the door because her face looks like a Saturday morning and I'm just always excited about coming there because of the fact of her smile and y'all work, it just is very great to know that people like you & your business are part of this world. You are what makes everyday great. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks for what y'all do not everybody can do this job's not everybody has the patience and dedication and motivation and willingness, I know that I don't have all that, however I'm glad that you do that's what makes us good teammates in this world that's when the week and give way to the strong so thank you very much and y'all keep it up and we're here for support
