Awful place. DONT BRING YOUR KID HERE The speech pathologist indirectly called me lazy because my son was not potty trained. Although i have 3 other children who are pottytrained. The blonde pathologist set my son back by not telling me about available services when asked. The pathologist shows me a book by an Autistic author who is non verbal basically insinuating that my son will never talk and I should get use to it. SHAME ON U!

5 stars for my sons OT therapist, Ms. Apoorva. She has been his therapist for over 3 years and has witnessed his growth. He has now graduated from Occupational Therapy thanks to Ms. Apoorva's dedication to her kids (patients). Thank you Ms. Apoorva for acknowledging that you play a vital part in these kids lives, and dedicating so much time, effort, and patience into helping our children be as successful as they can be. You have made an imprint in my son's life and in ours (parents) as well.

Worst place ever! Blonde speech pathologists tells me that my 3 year old son may never talk and shows me a book about an autistic "Moses savior" or whatever leading a nonverbal society. The pathologists failed to mention other crucial services that would help with my son with autism and speech delay! Spare your child and don't take them here!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for Danielle the OT therapist. Other than that, the office is disorganized and doesn’t communicate. My son received speech and OT here for the past year and he loved his OT therapist. She changed her schedule and we even moved our schedule to stay with her which changed his speech therapist. He had previous half hour sessions with each therapist and we changed it to hour long sessions with Danielle and 30 min of that hour, his speech therapist would be involved. He LOVED this schedule and was thriving. Since December, we have gone to his therapies to find they changed his OT therapist and now it is only one 30 minute session with the 2. He does not react well with this OT therapist and such a short and very rushed time. I’ve said this multiple times and they don’t care. We have also canceled TWO times in the last two months (holiday time and a funeral) and the receptionist didn’t communicate this and they marked him as a no show. He’s also been there the other times and they still mark him as a no show?? How is that even possible? Unless they can give us our original therapist and schedule back, I don’t think we will be coming back. My son was doing amazing with Danielle but struggles with the other very harsh therapist. It’s not fair that they give no warning that they changed his therapist and that the sessions will be shortened. For a place that supposedly knows autism, they obviously don’t understand meltdowns.

My twins were going to Hope Therapy for both speech and occupational therapy. We had Apoorva for occupational therapy and she was wonderful with my children. Very patient and kind. In my personal opinion the office staff is on the poorer side with communication, however, overall I think it’s still a great place. Everyone is very friendly!

I can’t say enough good things about Hope Speech and Language Therapy, especially about our Speech Therapist Kaylee! After about a year of speech therapy at a different facility, we started to come to the conclusion that our 2-year-old son just wasn’t going to talk right now. We felt like nobody could help him at this point and we would just need to give it time. Quickly after that, we moved and switched to Hope Speech and Language, this was the best thing that could have happened, our little guy met Kaylee! Aside from learning a few sounds from his old speech therapist. I would say that in over a year I don’t think he was saying anything he learned from the previous facility. However, with Kaylee, it was a COMPLETELY different story. After about 1 month I saw so much improvement it was insane! She makes every session fun, engaging and goes above and beyond to help get him to pronounce words all through playtime. I’m proud to say our son is now using 4-5+ word sentences. Family members have come to me saying “it’s like he went from being completely silent to a giant vocabulary overnight”. We couldn’t have done it without Kaylee’s help. Thank you Hope Speech and Language Therapy!

This company called CPS on a reliable caring mother who already had more than enough on her plate. Over two years with this company and Sherry was given no explanation from her therapists as to why her children were dropped from the program with NO NOTICE. Highly unprofessional. Company lacks empathy and tried to screw over a mother who dealt with domestic violence and pedophelia from her soon to be ex husband. I Would NEVER recommend therapy here. Her kids are 100 percent happy and healthy. The children loved tabby and Ernesto (the therapists) , but unfortunately had their worlds flipped upside down and will never be seeing them again because the company thinks this amazing momma isn’t trying her absolute best to get through these tough times.
