HonorHealth Outpatient Therapy - West Union Hills

The PT department at Honor Health is outstanding. My first visit was with Kari and she was so encouraging and because she had the same experiences I had- a lot of my questions and concerns were addressed. My second visit was with Sam and I appreciated not being treated like an old person- we could joke and she was very comfortable to be around. I look forward to more therapy as I move through this journey to wellness.

When I arrived and was pleasantly greeted by Andrea. She was very polite and professional as we completed a few forms. Scott the Physical Therapist is amazing! He has the ability to interact personally and professionally. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology is wonderful. He listens and plans exercises accordingly. It is truly a pleasure to see Scott for my physical therapy as his treatment goals and mine are in alignment. He is a delightful doctor and human. I am most impressed by him and his ability.

It seems like the therapists here are really good but the administrative staff does not communicate well. I've been waiting on a referral and no one has contacted me to let me know what is going on. I called the referral phone number and waited on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up. I emailed the admin staff (Haily R.) and no one returns my email. I really do not recommend this place.

Kyle has been pleasant, informative, patient, and very helpful in my recovery. I’ve really appreciated how easy it’s been to communicate with the office and work on accommodating my schedule. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have nothing negative to say.

Has been and still is a remarkable experience. My therapist Keith is a caring man. He is very knowledgeable about caring for me. He even notices other issues insonuch as to offer advice as to how I should proceed. In particular, I like the fact that he has various times available for appointments. Plus I can contact him if I am ruining late. He responds quicker that way. I would say that I see another therapist when Keith is unavailable with equal skills. Their attention to their craft is why I go back to see them.

My physical therapist, Chris, is amazing at what he does and truly cares about all of his patients. He not only wants to help them physically, but mentally as well! And it’s very apparent that he loves each and every one of his patients!

The occupational therapy I needed following my elbow surgery was not covered through the orthopedic office I started with. I contacted my insurance and they directed me to your office. I was immediately happy with the kind atmosphere and the treatment I received. Alyssa is great and we connected immediately. The front office person is warm and diligent in doing her job. I am very happy that I found the honor health Occupational Therapy office in Glendale.

I was apprehensive about going to therapy however, Keith is extremely polite and patient and made feel at ease. The therapy is very helpful and I always feel better after I go on a regular basis. I appreciate all that they do for me.
