Their phone system is pathetic. All you get is voicemail and a call back, when you call back, you get the same voicemail. Its so bad you can't even wait on hold for 30 minutes. You end up playing phone tag for days if you miss their call to you. This is the race to the bottom in terms of service.

I've been to 2 sessions at Honor Health PT and both were great sessions. The first one was with Taylor who is very knowledgeable and went through a series of moves with me to determine what type of therapy I needed to correct numbness in my fingers and strained neck muscle. She then introduced me to Emily who is now my therapist. Emily is great we've had one session and she definitely knows what she's doing. She's friendly and isn't hesitant about getting down to business. I have several more sessions with Emily and I'm sure they will be just as helpful as our first. Great place for PT! 👍

I think HonorHealth does a great job at their John C Lincoln facility. Darby is my PT and she pushes me just enough to gain the mobility I have lost. Great care! Glad I chose them…

Busy front desk experience, but PT staff and huge former gym treatment area is really cool. Darby is an excellent PT who asks all the right questions and encourages safety in movement. I'm confident they will be able to help me meet my PT goals.

Erik Q is an amazing therapist. He helped me through a major spinal surgery and a knee replacement over the last 8 months. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of physical therapy. Everyone that works at this location is worth working with.

Kayla Josephson is the best! Every session with her is great! I feel good and like I've made small accomplishments which is so refreshing from other PTs I've had for other issues. The core exercises she has me doing are hard but worth it overall. My goal is to get back in the Gyn and with her help I know I'll be ready soon.

The therapists are great!! I was fixed up in record time! However honorheath's billing is a mess, make sure to get your invoices because you'll likely be submitting your own claims. I wish I could give 5 starts but due to this insurance doesn't know I've met my deductible, so the added unnecessary cost made that difficult. And getting invoices from billing is painful.

I look forward to going here. I had a stroke and brain bleed a year ago. The two therapists I see are amazing. Niki my hand OT lady has helped me extremely. Out of the three places I’ve been Niki has helped me do things I honestly believed we’re gone forever!! Taylor my PT lady helped me and now I can walk again better than I could imagine. They really care about you here as a individual and take time to listen as well as really believe in your progress. Any fear I had going into this is now gone. The people that greet you when you first arrive are also superb. I can’t express how greatful I am for people like them. Everyone here I consider friends. Keep up the great work you guys. You change peoples lives more than you know.
