Outstanding No one wants to get surgery, but if you do need to, this is a great facility to have it done. The office staff was on top of the scheduling and all of the paperwork that needed to be completed before the day of my procedure. The medical team, including my intake nurse, the ER nurse, and the anesthesiologist, was excellent. They were very caring, listened to all my questions, made me feel very comfortable, and contacted me the day after to see how ai was doing. Would recommend.

My mother just had two procedures here on 5/11/2021. This was probably the best experience we have ever had at a medical facility. From the front desk, to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and the doctor were all so kind and compassionate. I will refer all my friends and family to this facility. Thank you to everyone who treated my mother so well. The surgical nurse even called the next day to see how she was feeling. Wonderful!!

Have had a procedure scheduled for 2 weeks for 1/5/21. I received a call 1/4/21 at 4:20pm advising me that I need to pay over $3k before my surgery that is scheduled for the next morning. The facility wants my full deductible and of course coinsurance! Who does that less than 24 hours before your procedure? WORST FACILITY I have dealt with yet and I had 2 procedures done at facilities in 2020. I am so beside myself I cannot see straight! I will switch doctors if they are associated with this facility. You don't do this to your patients!

Review for endoscopy center on the second floor #202. Great care from start to finish. Check in staff was kind. Short time from arrival to procedure approx 30-45 min. Pre-op nurses Linda and Laura were great. Procedure room looked newly renovated and clean. COVID precautions taken. Anesthesiologist kept me under during my procedure and woke me up so that’s all that matters! PACU nurse was also very kind. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

I can't thank the OR Staff enough for all of the great care after my Breast Sugery on the 26th. What a great group of professionals, and of course but not last Dr. Lise Walker I'm glad I chose her as my Doctor thank you so much. Tina and Steve Rex.

I had surgery here with Dr. Belen and it was a great experience despite being ill. They helped my anxety,made me laugh,managed my pain very well and did a great job when I aspirated and woke up choking. I would have surgery here again and I will!

Our “first of the day” appt (for 6.30 am/arrived early) was 5 mins paperwork & notification we’d wait 90 mins for our appointment, because they “like their patients to arrive early”. We live 5 mins away. Unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Horrible facility I have had a surgery schedule9-2 for over a month my surgery date 10-8 they call me today 10-4 and tell me they want 4900+ the day of surgery or it can’t be done worst place in phx how do you wait till last min to contact patient oh not to mention they first said it was 4500 then called back 3 hrs later a different lady and tell me now it closer to 5000.00 Simply horrific don’t recommend this facility to anyone
