The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Kaper is wonderful and so thoughtful and reassuring, and it's not surprising he is much sought after for his expertise. Very pleased with my visit.

The office staff and PA were very friendly and professional, the office is clean and well managed/operated. My only reason for the low rating is that I am hurting and really needed Dr. Kaper’s help and after ordering some testing that showed I have problems that REQUIRE surgery he blew me off and only let me see his PA as a follow up for him to tell me that Dr. Kaper was not interested in helping me. I am a complicated case but I was a begging him for help. I had an appointment with him two years ago and he stated that I needed to have some hardware replaced back then so I was ready to move forward with his recommendation. I am very disappointed in the way my case was handled by Dr. Kaper. I understand that he can decide who he wants to help but its a shame that I was dismissed as if I don’t matter.

I waited several weeks to get an appointment with Dr Kaper, but it was well worth it! He is a straight shooter - got right to the point and laid out his treatment suggestions. I had gone to another orthopedic surgeon who had previously scheduled me for a total knee replacement (which was postponed) but Dr Kaper showed me where my disease had settled into my knee and recommended only a partial knee replacement. This procedure is far less invasive and requires 6 to 8 weeks of recovery with a small incision, as opposed to 6 to 8 months for a total knee replacement. Needless to say, I was very pleased with his assessment and I will definitely proceed with the partial knee replacement under his skilled care. Very impressed with Dr Kaper and his straight forward style of care. And he has a great team to back him up!

The nurse was very professional. Wes took the time to listen to my concerns and suggest a plan going forward. Appreciated the concern and am looking forward to working with him going forward.

Wes was great. He took the time to listen to me. We came up with a plan to start working to get my issue resolved. The fist bumps were great! The M.A. and receptionist were both great also.

On time, efficient, empathetic, a rare medical experience here in Prescott Valley!
