Honor Murphy Physical Therapy Solutions

I had a severe Frozen Shoulder for several months, it was so bad that it effected my sleep, my daily activities and even my mood. I didn't want to have a surgery. Someone highly recommended a physical therapist, Honor Murphy. After her treatments, Now I feel great, I can do daily activies, I can sleep without pain. That's a big, big deal! She really cares her patients and tries her best to help patients. She is a successful PT. I would highly recommend her to family, friends and anyone who needs PT.

I saw Honor for plantar fasciitis on my right foot. Thankfully she is my friend and saw me walking my dogs with a boot. I had tried absolutely everything to treat the issue myself. It never occurred to me to see a PT until she asked why I was wearing a boot. She was very knowledgeable on a treatment plan she could implement to give me relief. She was very flexible with my schedule and we began treatment very quickly. As a Jazzercise instructor, it was very important to me to get the issue resolved. Without Honor, I know I’d still be struggling with pain. Now, I can teach and live without pain.

When I met Honor, I had recently found out I had 5 bulging discs in my back. She helped me more in 2-3 sessions than anyone else I have seen for my back. She is also very personable, super flexible with scheduling and understanding. I am so grateful to have found her!

I have inner ear damage which can cause vertigo to strike at any time. I found Honor many years ago and she ALWAYS solves my spinning. She goes out of her way to fit in my appointments ASAP because she knows how much I struggle. She has always be helpful and responsive and I would highly recommend her!

Honor Murphy has been hands down the best physical therapist I've ever used. I'm a Journeyman Lineman by trade and run my own business on the side and I'm super active and always working. I originally went through my normal channels of physical therapy through places I've used before. I had a ACL repair on my knee for a second time (about 8-10 years in between surgeries). I went to other physical therapy company and I always felt they weren't pushing me as they should. Well insurance decided to not cover visits anymore and I couldn't pay out of pocket to continue my therapy at that facility. Honor was recommended from my orthopedic surgeon and I wish I would have had her from the first surgery. Not only was I able to cover my visits myself, but the entire time she is focused on your rehabilitation in a one on one setting, not 4 patients to one person. She was also the only person to actually ask me what I do for work and the processes and physical procedures my body gets put through and tailored my exercises to strengthen those key areas. Honor got me whipped back into shape so I could get back to work and providing for my family. I am forever grateful we crossed paths and feel much better about this second knee repair. You will not go wrong using Honor for physical therapy.

Honor helped rehabilitate my left ankle post surgery done to remove and repair parts of a torn ligament. Surgery alone would have mechanically repaired the ligament, but Honor's therapy enabled the healing process of my foot, ankle, and leg to be complete. During her treatment, she also worked to strengthening my foot and leg, due to the loss of muscle and flexibility, along with addressing the strain on other systems that comes with lengthy recovery times. My ability to use my left leg, or foot, and the ease of the strain on my right leg would not be complete without Honor's care during my recovery from surgery. Honor demonstrates great skill and applied knowledge to any injury or rehabilitation. She is widely experienced and highly competent in her understanding of how our bodies work as a whole. She offers physical therapy along with instruction and understanding, facilitating not only recovery from injury, but also strengthening to alleviate the underlying causes. She truly wants to see everyone 'Get Back Out There' and live life to the fullest. And I am truly grateful.

Honor is amazing! She helped my level 8 gymnast go from not being able to tumble due to sever knee pain to tumbling in about 2 months. Honor cares about her patients and goes out of her way to make sure they are improving. I would highly recommend Honor Murphy Physical Therapy!
