Dr. Simmons helped me get back my range of motion in my elbow after I broke my arm. He was very knowledgeable in targeting the problem areas that were causing me restrictions and explaining which exercises/stretches would be best for my situation. I thought he gave me good advice on gauging how much I should work to regain function and not overdo it.
