Hometown Medical Group - Dr William "Randy" Turner

My husband started seeing Dr. Turner so he could establish a primary care doctor. He has been very impressed with Dr. Turner and his staff. He doesn't dread going to the doctor and actually keeps his follow ups. Debated about swapping my primary care doctor.

Most doctor’s offices have a 15 min grace period for appointments. This office makes up their grace period according to who the patient is. Sometimes it’s 15mins, 10mins or no grace period. Today my mother had something happen last minute causing her to be 8 minutes late to her appointment. She signed in and an employee called her up telling her that they have a 10min grace period and she was past that so she would not be seen. My mother really likes her NP because she is listens to the patient and helps to find solutions. Just be aware that if you run behind for whatever reason, it doesn’t matter the reason you may be refused to be seen. Regardless how sick you are. Front desk employees are not as friendly as the medical professionals.

I feel blessed for Dr.Turner and staff. Dr.Turner and nurses genuinely cares about you and your health and with my experience a doctor who cares is a rare find these days. 🇺🇸God Bless America🇺🇸

He is very personable. He listens and answers my questions. He treats me like I'm family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Absolutely love Dr. Turner and his staff. They are always pleasant and happy. Leah is always attentive and listens to my concerns and explains things for me. They call with labs quickly and send referrals even quicker! So glad I found them.

I'm glad I was able to find Dr Turner after the exit from Cullman. it wasn't him or his staff but the way Cullman did his patients by not giving any information where why or nothing why he left I understand to a point but it's us that have to scramble to see another Dr I had called for a script fill the nurse practitioner said it was a 2 month wait just to see her thats really not fair to us patients!!!!

This is the standard other Doctors should aspire to. Patient and caring without a rush to hand out a prescription so you'll go away. It is not hyperbole when I say this man saved my life! If you are looking for a doctor you can trust and believe in Cullman, do yourself a favor, stop looking and make an appointment.

Great staff in the new location! And Dr Turner is just the best, actually listens to his patients and truly cares. Highly recommended!
