I have had the pleasure to have Home Helpers care for our father that has advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s . The caregivers are trained extensively to care for clients needing many different levels of care . The communication between the caregivers, administrative staff and family members are unmatched . I am grateful for the training they receive , the trust I have in their company , and the administrative staff for ensuring their main concern is the safely and wellbeing of their client above all else. I was able to take my husband out of town for a few days, due to the consistent and routine care provided by Home Helpers. We had not been out of town for 6 months, what a blessing. After my father passed away, I needed to find help for my mother. My mother and I met with various in-home independent and agency caregivers. As soon as I met with Sharon from Home Helpers, I knew I had found the proper agency to assist my mom with her care needs! The staff at Home Helpers were guardian angels for my mom and me. The care, compassion, and respect provided to my mom during her time of need was phenomenal. I will always be thankful to Sharon and her staff for going above and beyond to meet my mother's needs.

Sharon and her amazing staff at Home Helpers, were so amazing and helpful during a very difficult time for my family. They cared for my mother 24/7 as she needed that much care. Having Home Helpers in my home has been one of the best things I have ever experienced in my life. Having been the sole caregiver for my husband, the experience has been life changing for me and for my husband. It’s like having a sister being here. My husband looks forward to her coming and he’s always happy to see her. I can leave and not be worried about him being alone and falling, or getting sick or needing anything while I am gone. For me to be able to go to lunch with a friend or my sister, a Bible Study, shopping, a movie. Just getting away from everything…I am refreshed and feel more like my old self again. If I could give Home Helpers 100 stars I would! Home Helpers saved the day in the weeks before my 88 year old mother passed away in July of 2023. I live 5 hours away in the Bay Area, but my mother really wanted to stay in place at her home. They helped me honor her wishes. They came in to help with housework, shopping, driving to appointments etc. Mom was reluctant, but the warm and professional staff changed her mind on Day One. Plus, the fee for their services was reasonable and affordable. Home Helpers also made a point to check in by phone with me regularly to let me know how she was doing, so I could sleep better at night knowing there were people nearby looking out for her. Home Helpers was truly heaven sent for us and I will be eternally grateful for their compassion and care in my mother's final days at home. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Dependable, helpful, good company to work with. We were providing care for my opinionated dad - they did a good job working with his eccentricities as well as providing proper care for a Parkinson’s patient. Appreciate how they vetted their employees and did their best to match personalities and needs. We worked with them several years till dad passed. I would recommend their services.
