**Buyers Beware** - If you decide to take the risk and receive services from this establishment, PLEASE ensure that you get EVERYTHING in writing because it will be your word against theirs. They are skilled at taking advantage of people in order to stay in business. Very disappointing as they were recommended to us by a reputable doctor in the area. My husband has been hounded over an incorrect bill due to this establishment's slimey processes only to be proven wrong after he produced a screenshot of his payment (Thank God he didn't pay in cash). I would like to think this was a one off occurrence, but the countless reviews (some that are conveniently hidden) regarding their billing practices speaks volumes.

My 11 year old daughter sustained a crush injury to her finger and her surgeon recommended Hollywood Hands for her rehabilitation. We could not be more pleased with the service and quality of care she received. This crew knows what they are doing and they do it incredible well. Besides providing superior care, the entire team is personable and down to earth. Thank you for being awesome!!!

This place is amazing. That seems silly, it's just therapy, right? Its more, and you will get it. After any sort of life altering/ limiting injury, you feel really alone. I mean without your hand(s) , everything sucks. This place allows you to realize that you are not alone in your post injury trauma. I was injured in a car accident and was feeling really crappy for a few months, as soon as the dr cleared me for physical therapy, he sent me to Hollywood Hands because I told him i ''didn't want an slow super old person's physical therapy' he had written a prescription for somewhere else, then changed it to be here after I said that. I walked in and it was an unusual layout for me, since everyone ( patients) were on one side of the table and the therapists were on the other, but the staff quickly made me feel comfortable and at home and the other patients helped me see I was not alone and we all had each other to laugh and distract us from moments of painful therapy that just turn into more laughs and smiles. We all have different injuries but mentally have had some of the same struggles. The camaraderie may not be for everyone( some people prefer to be alone), but people of all ages and walks of life come together in this place to heal and the energy is amazing. So if you are ever injured, come here, relax and do whatever Brian ( the owner) tells you to do, he is like Santa he knows when you've been bad or good, and you will enjoy your healing journey here. Thanks to everyone at Hollywood Hands ! See you soon!

I can write a lot about this incredible place called Hollywood Hands Rehabilitation. I know for sure that I got lucky to get here (I had a foot tendon rupture). These people care about their patients, and they do really amazing therapy, helping people get their abilities back. Jose makes unique individual splints to wear at home. After my accident I had my foot tendon repaired, but when I got my foot out of the cast my toe wasn't moving. Doctors from Cedars looked at the MRI and told me that tendon got ruptured again. Brian from Hollywood Hands took a better look at my toe and he said that tendon is not ruptured but instead stuck in a scar tissue. And after hours and hours of therapy Brian made my toe move again. I can't be thankful enough to the whole Hollywood Hands crew for caring and making the difference. They are so knowledgeable and fun and incredibly humorous, it is uplifting just being there, and I trust them with my life. I love this place!

Big fans of deleting any unfavorable reviews such as the photos proving payments being made to clients, fraudulent drug tests, Tim’s poor grasp of the English language (How do you not know what threaten means, Tubby Tim?!?). They asked for proof and I sent a few items of proof I’ve put together. Their response: Block me. They didn’t try to make excuses because there are none. Financial statements and screenshots from their body brokers about scamming drug tests and how much a client would get paid if they went to; Detox, Residential, and PHP. I love that Tim said I threatened him because I sent him the pictures he requested. Projection much, Timmy?? Wait, probably doesn’t know the definition of projection considering his assertion that I threatened him was as baseless as his claims to not be a sleaze running an insurance scam. Once again, I have screenshots that clearly show that not one threat was made against the deplorable insurance fraudster aka Tim “Needs to learn elementary vocab” scammer that lacks the intelligence to argue against my proven statements. He’s brave though so he blocked me. Such a sad sad lie of a place run by pathetic criminals that couldn’t pass a 5th grade vocabulary test. They can fake your drug tests though!!!

The therapists here are very friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like they all enjoy what they do and are happy to be there. That energy naturally makes it a plesant environment for treatment. I would highly recommend going here after any hand injury.

Do not go here. Brian who runs it is kind of a crazy person. I went there for a separated pinky tendon (what they call a "mallet finger"). His methods are random and aggressive. He ended up costing me 3 months in a splint instead of the usual 6 weeks because he kept re-injuring me during "rehab" -- despite my earnest pleas that he was hurting me and tearing the newly formed attachment. Each time i would tell him i was hurting he would call me OCD or a "baby" or that i was obsessing. He hurt me on three separate occasions and i finally i ended up stopping "treatment". It is now healing at home much faster than with his methods. He also has a lot of unannounced FIRM rules at his clinic and springs them upon you with surprising meanness and volatility (like when you get a phone call he snaps at you about how "this is hollywood you should know to turn off your damn phone"). He snaps publicly in front of all the other patients in the open seating environment and it is a bit humiliating. BTW, he has no posted rules... he just springs them on you. I suggested he post his rules and he did not see the need. Brian makes for a very uncomfortable setting and even a couple of his staff expressed discomfort in his management style to me privately. Nobody would dare tell him to his face. I shall stay away and suggest you do the same.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went there in and paid all bills sent to me. Then years later I get a letter from a credit collector agency that I owe them over $1200. These people are not to be trusted.
