Patient experiences
The staff cares so much, not just about the patient, but also about their family. Incredibly helpful in finding solutions and great communicators. 10/10. I will recommend them to everyone. Mechelle (the receptionist) greets us by name every time we arrive and is very welcoming and so observant.
The IRONY of places like this that push places for the community to wear a mask otherwise you arent allowed in has employees that dont follow their own SOP (thats standard operational procedures incase you didnt know.) Not that I care about wearing one or not but if you're going to push people to wear one how about keeping yours up, okay? Otherwise shut up and keep typing Karen 😉
My first encounter with physical therapy ever and it's been outstanding. Holly Street's therapists are super focused and great to work with. An excellent experience that has really helped strengthen me.
My experience has been great! Brooks has helped me with my recovery from total knee replacement. Everyone is so nice and my appointments always start on time. A great place!
