Holly Holton Physical Therapy

Holly is an absolutely wonderful physical therapist. I tried 2 other PTs after my ACL surgery before finally finding Holly, and she was better than both combined. She helped me immediately progress on my knee strength which was still very weak 9 months post op. I worked with her for about a year before I moved to NY and had to stop (wish i could clone her!). I'm significantly stronger now, less pain, and was able to finally dance and play soccer (carefully) again. Every session she came prepared with new exercises, always felt like she prepared specifically for me each session, and adjusted whenever I told her of a new issue. I definitely recommend her if you're recovering from ACL surgery and need a smart PT who can tailor a recovery plan to your specific body. Thank you Holly!
