Holdrege Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab

I have suffered with a herniated disc causing severe sciatica on my right side for months. Cortisone Injection did nothing. I started Going to Holdrege Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab out of desperation for relief. The group of people here are amazing, they are genuine and want to help you. I never feel like I’m a burden, they truly want to fix the root cause of the issue and not treat the symptoms. They listen and want your input in your treatment, I don’t get that with my MD or Spine Doc. It’s a nice change to have your input valued and respected. This is my first experience with Physical Therapy's in 43 years and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the hope I’ve been given for a full recovery. I cannot recommend this place enough. Do yourself and your body a favor contact them if you are struggling.

Excellent therapy for my Achilles tendon injury. Staff are pleasant & well trained for their treatment of injuries. I’m very pleased with the outcome of my injury. I have very little pain in my Achilles tendon now that I have been in therapy.

I have dealt with TMJ problems for years and tried multiple forms of treatment to help relieve the clicking and irritation. Nothing significantly helped, so I decided to see if there was anything else I could try and found that physical therapy was an option. Holdrege PT mentioned on its website that offered physical therapy for TMJ disorders so I thought I would give it a try. When I called to ask about it they said I could come in that afternoon for an assessment. They went ahead that day and started treating me and gave me exercises to do at home. I immediately felt a difference. My jaw felt relaxed and had significantly less clicking. Every step of working with them has been so easy and after only 2 treatments I have noticed so much improvement. I highly reccomend Holdrege PT.

I’ve been to Holdrege PT on two separate occasions! Brandon and his team are great. They listen and accommodate you. And they do the best to get you out of pain and help you incorporate exercises to assist you in healing. Five stars for this clinic. So happy to have them in town.
