Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy & Adult Services

I’m an autistic adult and was immediately saddened to learn from their website that they offer ABA Therapy. ABA therapy is literal abuse towards our community, with an estimated 8/10 autistic adults who have been through it receiving a PTSD diagnosis. I understand this place has other therapies to offer as well but ABA needs to be completely eradicated.

First, we do not recommend this place for the family who doesn’t live in that area. Location is not, not good, and the worst of all the office does not seem to consider the client’s time serious. We arrived 10 minutes early but we couldn’t see the therapist even 20 minutes passed… and we found that the therapist dismissed without any notice. We drove 40 minutes to get there for vain.
