Hoag Pelvic Health Program

My wife went to this clinic and was a few minutes late due to taking our child since I was at work. They provided no grace period and just told her to reschedule even though the drive was 45 minutes in traffic. If the lesson is 45 minutes and you’re given an hour slot you should honor and help postpartum moms who are trying to get things back to normal. Awful service.

I have been seeing Sheila for the past few months and I couldn't be more pleased. She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate. The office is attractive and well equipped and the front office staff is efficient and pleasant. I have definitely benefited from the program.

I’ve been seeing therapist Mona for the past 6 months and I truly have been amazed with the progress I’ve made with her help. Her coordination with my other Drs. to make sure I was getting the right treatment plan for my condition was truly helpful and was exactly what I needed to help me get to a point where I don’t suffer with pain on a daily basis. She’s empathetic and easy to talk to, which really helps since I see her weekly. She explains everything and gives me great advice to keep my condition under control. The front staff are always very nice and helpful with any insurance and scheduling questions I have. They are booked up for a few weeks, but they’re great at calling with cancellations. I highly recommend this office if you like to be treated with care and compassion.

This program helped me a lot except for being charged double for my copay. One $30 copay for treatment and the second $30 copay for educational part of the visit. This is the first time I've ever been double charged for any therapy. It should all be combined as one visit. Watch out for their billing you will be charged double! They blame my insurance, unfortunately the insurance companies pay based on what is being sent to them. It's Hoag's billers not my insurance. My therapist gets 5 stars, however, billing gets a flat 0!

Always a great experience! The massage therapist tend to have multiple certifications and additional experience those at massage chains.
