If you want to be "scheduled" but not scheduled for an appointment here, ask for Amanda to schedule you! I am 38 weeks pregnant, can barely walk, live 40 mins away. I come in today for my 9:30 appointment and Amanda, the one who scheduled me for this appointment today is telling me that she doesn't have me on the schedule. I told her you are the one who scheduled me and i was here on the 12 and you said you had a cancellation and you scheduled me today. She says she doesn't know what happened!! Seriously?? I drove for 40 mins for her to tell me she doesn't know! Well i know... you are not even qualified to schedule people's appointments!! What a mess Hoag! To be fair, i'm giving this place a star, just for Tiffany, my therapist. She's helped a lot with my pain!
