Hiram Shaddox Health and Rehab

I don't like this place. They decided not to hire me based on an incident that happened between myself and another male in 2018. There were never any charges so there was never a conviction, no court hearing. NOTHING how can you not hire someone if they were never found guilty, or pled guilty of anything. It makes no sense.

My name is Thomas Bailey. I have been in healthcare almost 30 years. I have been a CNA for 29 years, and 17 of those I did transport in the Mountain Home area. I was presented a Senate Citation in 2011 for receiving CNA of the year award. I was very honored to have been nominated. I have 19 years of service with the company. I recently got a promotion which has been amazing! I am now the Housekeeping/Laundry supervisor. I love working in this beautiful facility and the best team at Hiram! Our administrator is the very BEST I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She goes above and so much more for her Hiram team! I Love the atmosphere and teamwork that Hiram Shaddox offers! We have fun with our residents every day and they enjoy Lots of activities!! I am extremely proud to be part of Hiram Shaddox team!!

I have visited this facility many times. It is always clean, staff are friendly and there are often activities for the residents going on. It’s a modern building with a cozy atmosphere.

I have been here going on three years. It is a beautiful facility. We have a great administrator and a awesome management team and all of our departments have caring and amazing employees. We go above and beyond to make our residents happy and feel like home. I am happy to be here at Hiram Shaddox and hope to be here many more years.

This is a beautiful, new facility! Food is great, rooms are nice and decorated beautifully. Staff is helpful and friendly. The unit manager nurse that is working there now is absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful with any concerns that came up. The director of nursing and the administrator are wonderful as well. Would recommend this facility to any one in need of therapy or a place for long term care.

My brother in law lives at Hiram Shaddox For the most part they do a great a great job at caring for him. He considers the staff family. He says the food is really good and his room is always clean. He’s happy there and that’s what matters to us.

I work at Hiram. I also have a family member in the facility. The staff are caring and work diligently trying to care for everyone. They go out of there way to do the little things like extra bbq sauce or another cup of coffee or sit and hold the hand of a resident that hasn’t seen their on family in a while, this is what makes Hiram Shaddox a great place. I’m very proud to say I work there with an amazing bunch of people. We are not perfect but we care! As a staff member I love my job and my coworkers we have the best team in Healthcare hands down!
