I highly recommend Hillside Physical Therapy. I needed an appointment after knee surgery for a fractured patella. All of the other physical therapists in the area were booked for two months, but I was able to get an appointment sooner than that at Hillside Physical Therapy. Upon arrival I was impressed with how clean and efficient they are. Dr. Allen Minassian gave me a thorough examination and an exercise plan. He spent nearly 3 hours with me! I was able to set up a weekly schedule that was convenient for me. With each visit, my injury improved. The staff are very attentive and pleasant to work with. At each session I received individual attention and I never felt rushed. Dr. Minassian is there to see that I am progressing, and would make my exercise routine more challenging. My surgeon was very impressed with how quickly I healed and moved my knee. Both my husband and I have used other physical therapists in the past, and Hillside Physical Therapy is BY FAR the best I have experienced. Thank you Dr. Minassian and your staff for providing me with quality service that helped me recover quickly.

My husband's care is of utmost importance to me, and when I brought my husband to Hillside Physical Therapy for care, Dr. Minassian took plenty of time to evaluate my husband for his condition. In the short time that I have been placing my husband in the care of the Hillside Physical Therapy staff, I have become more relaxed, knowing that they will give him the special care that he requires. My husband is very special and important to me and he deserves the best. He is getting the assistance that he needs. I had a knee replacement about 3 months ago and started physical therapy at this clinic about 1 month later. I’m now able to walk without a cane and my pain has decreased to a minimal level. The staff is very friendly and the office very clean. I was scared to start at first but the therapist is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I have to have replacement of my other knee too but now I don’t have as much anxiety knowing I will come back to this office.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend who had a good experience with their rehabilitation. I have an extensive health history and wanted to make sure the therapist was comfortable treating me. I just completed my 7th week of therapy and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly, I’m able to get the appointment times I want, I never have to wait past my time to start, and I started feeling improvement within the first few weeks.

Super clean office with extremely professional staff. Dr.Minassian has helped me through some debilitating pain and improved my quality of life with his on-point treatments and plan. He is very knowledgeable and actually cares about his patient ( versus other therapies I have gone to that want to get you in and out the door). Highly recommend this office.

I was very impressed with my overall experience at Hillside. The receptionist was helpful and got me in sooner after a cancellation. Dr Minassian was so kind and thorough. The office is small but its very nice and clean. This is bueno.

I have a service animal and was told that I could not be treated if I had my service animal with me. Mind you, he was tethered to my specific treatment table. At no point did the Dr. Minassian ask me if my dog was medically necessary. At no point did he ask what services my dog provides. He simply said that I would have to schedule for a time when I could come without him OR that I would have to come with someone else who could hold the dog in the seating area while I am treated, which is a clear violation of the ADA. The Dr. told me that "Anyone can get a service dog. They just have to go online and print a certificate," which is a complete dismissal of the years of training it often takes for service animals to learn how to provide services to their handlers. If he did this to me, he will do this to others with service animals, and that type of action is discriminatory toward patients with disabilities.

Great physical therapy group. Dr. Allen Minassian is an excellent Doctor of Physical Therapy. I highly recommend him and the group.
