Mom is very pleased with her care. Everyone is so sweet and kind. Thank you all for making her stay here a positive, loving environment.

Don't take your loved one here! The administration is terrible. On your first initial visit they are extremely friendly and welcoming but that's because they want the money. Once your loved one is there they won't even make eye contact with you. The general staff is wonderful especially the nurses. But the social worker is awful and doesn't need to be a social worker! She's defentitly no Social person. And if she had an issue she won't tell you directly she tells the executor to the patient. Dont take your loved one here they might kick your family out!

My mother in-law "Jennie Jean McCall Bonn" passed away April18, 2017. My husband Harvey R. Dinsmore & brother Merl Dinsmore's family want to extend our sincere gratitude to Junior, Allison, all staff for their professional kind & humble care during Jennie's stay & hospice care. The home is spotless without any common odor of many homes throughout our nation. A sense of pride, respect, among the staff which extends to all family members & patients is remarkable. Thank you, to the Administrator & Doctors for their due diligence. May you continue to be blessed in your achievements & future success. God Bless You All & Again thank-you for enabling Jennie's journey home to be a beautiful experience. Warm regards, Roxanne, Harvey Dinsmore & Merl & Janice Dinsmore's family. First of all I would like to say the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is for the excellent care given to my grandma who was put into hospice. Now I would like to explain my NEGITIVE review. The 0 star review is for the treatment my family and I received at the hands of the admistravtive level of the healthcare professionals at the HillCrest Care. As we have people from far away as 4+ hours away and the closest being 45 mins away it is impossible to tell the family they need to leave and only have 2-3 people at a time when we were told we could not be in the hall, in the empty room across the hall they allowed us to usthe last few day (they changed their rules apparently in less then 24 hours) andthey do not want us in any of their sitting areas. The treatment we received was rather coarse and careless to the family and their situation. And now when she is being repositioned we are not allowed in be anywhere but outside. I understand the need to have no one in the room, that is fine but to be told we could not wait close by hurt. Once again the nurses and care they gave my grandma was great and having worked in home health before I am disheartened by the care they show toward the family of a resident in hospice. VERY disappointed!

First the Towers Assisted Living for a year+ and then the Special Care Unit for 3 months were incredibly loving and prompt with their care of our Father. He was a large man that needed much physical assistance at the end.
