Dad and I agree Highlands Home Health care service gets a five star rating! From the initial phone conversation inquiring about their services to being well enough for release the entire staff at Highlands Home Health were knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding. The Nurses were on target with medications and suggestions to getting Dad back on track to healthier, happier living. The Nurses worked well with the primary Doctor. They kept him apprised of any new situation and then followed his directions seamlessly. They were available to answer my questions and inquiries in a timely manner. Being the long distance daughter this was priceless for my peace of mind. The Physical Therapy team worked diligently with Dad to get him back on his feet and ready to continue independent living. Each visit the team came in with smiles and positive attitudes. The PT team had great ideas on every day circumstances of senior life at home. Their enthusiasm encouraged Dad and gave him the physical stamina he needed. If we should need assistance again in the future we will certainly be calling on Highlands Home Health Care Service and highly recommend them to others.
