Highland Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My grandmother had to stay here for a bit after she had a fracture; it was amazing! Therapy actually worked with her and helped her condition improve greatly! I can’t say enough about the staff! From the front desk to the cleaners to the nursing staff; everyone was so kind and caring! I’m so happy that my family used this facility! I definitely recommend using Highland Pines for your loved ones care! 🖤

Young man named Ronnie was assisting residents today. They all talked about how awesome he is towards them. He is a jewel, no doubt!

Everything about Highland Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is exceptional! I have never walked through the door without being greeted with a smile by all and see all residents with a smile, too. The staff goes above and beyond no matter the task and do so with love, kindness and guidance. Kelley Sullins and Jena-Lee Hawkins make my small part of their business seamless and work so well and thoroughly with me. I could never thank them enough and I know the families appreciate their hearts and kindness even more.

They took care of my dad in every way possible. He came out better than when he went in the facility. Good and caring staff!

Tracy the receptionist at the front entrance is a great asset to your facility. She goes over and above to help visiting Hospice company. Always smiles ❣️❣️❣️

The first time I went to see my friend the staff was very friendly. The next time was on a Sunday and I don't know if that makes a difference but it was a completely different experience . I was appalled by the way my friend was treated. They were rude and rough with her. She tried to get to the toilet but didn't make it and they were so disgusted they could barely do their job. I can only wonder how bad they get when someone's not visiting
