Highland Park Skilled Nursing & Wellness Centre

While I am still in the interviewing/visiting stage for a new home for my father, I didn't want to wait another minute before singing Alex's (in the Admissions Department) praises. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. This facility is getting my high consideration solely because of him. Well done and keep up the great work!

The staff really cares about the residents, I’m not sure why the ratings are what they are, from personal experience the management is dedicated to making the facility the most healthy and fun environment possible.

This place it’s really bad I wouldn’t recommend to no one I have my grandma here and we are trying to find a different place ... the rooms are really bad and more than one patient are complaining of pain and not doing anything.. BAD BAD BAD

I'm so disappointed of this place!! U gotta go n find out your self..pictures of that place are lies...I'm so sad n will pray for all the patients that r still over there..Thank God my mother is not over there anymore..Only 4 days over there but had it a chance to witness how dirty n old was that place...the beds, the tables, please make sure the nurses change their gloves!! My mother got an infection over there is call Sepsis that may kill her!!!!!!!!A LAS PERSONAS QUE NO HABLAN INGLÉS!!! QUIERO DECIR QUE NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR PARA NADA...FAVOR DE IR PERSONAMENTE A VERLO!!! MI MAMA LE DIO UNA GRAVE INFECCIÓN LLAMADA SEPSIS!!! ESTA ENFERMEDAD PUEDE MATAR A CUALQUIERA!!! ESTA SUCIO Y EL LUGAR TIENE TODO VIEJO DE CAMAS Y MESAS!! ASEGURENSE DE QUE SE CAMBIEN DE GUANTES LAS ENFERMERAS!!!!
