DO NOT SEND YOU LIVED INE HERE! My mother developed pneumonia after only 7 days. There was no one encouraging her to eat or drink, thus led to her being malnourished and highly dehydrated. Also, she had just had a hip replacement and the incision was infected when she got to the emergency room ( 7 days). My family had to call 911 when we went to feed her one morning, she was not responding to any one, she could not open her eyes. As soon as we got to the emergency room, they said they had to admit her. The staff at this place is horrible, not just to the patients, but to the family. Again, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

(9/22/2018)We had the best experience in this care center. The staff are really very helpful and kind and caring. The PT/OT were incredible! They know what they're doing and I'm glad that we transferred my granma to this place. The administration and social worker were working hard to keep the assistance quality as high as needed. The food was good too and they will give you things you need from the kitchen-let's say Prune juice- even if you ask for it in the middle of the night and despite the kitchen being closed. The medication was on time, the housekeeping cleaned up the room everyday and if you have any concerns, you could tell the administration or social worker about it. They provide a decent place for companion. And they really take good care of the patients. I highly recommend this place. Edit 1: when we were admitted here a year ago, it had 5 stars and highly recommended this place! Now I see many negative reviews which is upsetting! I think they either changed their management or the good staff has left the facility. It’s a shame anyway... A year ago I could say this place was the best rehab around there, but I think it’s not the same anymore...

This place does not deserve a star! On Sunday June 20th there were only 2 staff. This is an 80 bed facility! Management is aware they are under staff. However management puts money over the patients care. DO NOT put your love one in this facility. How you can find your loved one will break your heart!

My Mom spent approx. one week between a stay at Loma Linda and going back to her assisted care facility. The staff was very nice and caring. She was toward the front of the facility and in a room by herself. (just happen to get lucky with that as one was available). Back to staff, they took a real interest in her comfort and tried their best to help with rehabilitation. Only reason for 4 out 5 was transport by Highland Care was delayed in the pick-up at Loma Linda (by 4 hours). This is a much better environment than the previous skilled nursing facility that my Mom was in 2 years ago in Yucaipa. Would recommend for your loved one.

Roommate situations should I dealt with immediately once a problem presents itself and I don't see that working yet. Otherwise the place is nice, Its Clean and the staff are usually very upbeat and nice to be around. Their friendliness is contagious. Jobs are #1 to them also. I'd list my favorite but that would be almost everyone. They also have lots of activities should you get involved. I was bowling one day...
