Highbar Physical Therapy - Westerly

I can’t say enough about how great Westerly Highbar is! Nelly at the front desk is very helpful and flexible with working around your schedule. Josh is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all of your questions. Mary-Anne is very enthusiastic, listens to patients needs and is able to customize individual care based on how I’m feeling on a daily basis. It is a professional yet fun atmosphere, making everyone feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. They truly care about their patients well being. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Highbar Physical Therapy in Westerly! Josh and Mary-Anne are a great team and I find them both to be very compassionate and empathetic with your individual issue. They have a great vibe, very welcoming and always an upbeat attitude. I truly appreciate them and their dedication to the work that they do.

My husband was sent here for physical therapy. I attended his sessions. We were always greeted pleasantly and his appointments were on time. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Very pleased with the service we were given from beginning to end. Thank you for taking care of our needs!

I am so happy that we ended up using Highbar Physical Therapy. Josh and Maryanne are so nice and understanding. My son injured his left knee and had lost confidence in being able to move it in anyway. Josh and Maryanne showed him how to gradually regain mobility. In only 4 visits so far I can see a major improvement. They really give you one on one instruction. Also the staff at the front desk are super friendly and patient. I had to book about 12 appointments and she helped me book them faster than I expected. They are located in the Granite shopping plaza- same plaza as Kelly’s Deli, Luxe, Alley Katz, Family Dollar. The waiting area is clean and spacious. The music being played isn’t too loud or anything obnoxious. Perfect music to get into a groove but not like club music. The work out area is really clean and bright. I highly recommend using Highbar for your physical therapy needs

There isn't a box big enough for me to type in to describe the experience I had at Highbar of Westerly. It took 40 years for me to finally get injured enough to go to physical therapy. The last thing I wanted to do is deal with people watching me wince in pain and moan and groan while I tried to get me new titanium shoulder to move my arm over my head. But man did I pick the right place to get fixed up! The staff is absolutely phenomenal! PHENOMENAL! talk about making you feel at home in a place you never wanted to have to be in! I went from a mechanical brace...to golfing, yardwork and building a deck in 8 weeks. When they told me I reached all my milestones, I was quietly SAD that I had to leave the wonderful staff there. I would recommend Highbar to anyone and everyone! Such a great experience! I can't wait to shatter my other shoulder just to go back! 😂

I really appreciate the PT treatments that I received from the Westerly Highbar location. Appointments were on time and quick to get me into their schedule. They listened to my issues and help me work through my shoulder pain, strengthen and release the tight muscles. Thank you for your attentiveness and expertise.
