High Point Station

The young lady at the counter is fantastic. As for the station itself: This charming train station may be modest in scale, yet it boasts a level of craftsmanship and finesse indicative of immense pride having been invested into every aspect of its creation!

Best, Affordable and Comfortable way to travel these days!! Once you go Business Class you don’t want to go back!!

Poor signage. Arrived after 8pm (not well lit either) and needed to take person with limited mobility to bus connection. People with limited mobility don't wander around hunting for which way is the buses. Signs. Y'all need signs. I ended up leaving her sitting by herself to run to train counter to find out where to go.

Talked to the lady inside the building and was great service if you want to see a train you cannot get on the platform but you can see it from up top.

First time at this train station & really liked it. Kept very clean. Great architecture and loved that the building and structural design reflects a classic style.

Very clean station with in the heart of High Point! My son stated that it’s far nicer than the station he started his journey in.

8 am departure time, arrived at least 15 minutes early just in case. We parked close. I was only there to assist getting my spouse onto the train. Overall a pleasant experience.

Awesome station. Contrary to what the reviews say, the station does have an employee working the window.
