Dr. Pathi is a good surgeon. No complaints in his work. He repaired a torn meniscus back in 1998 and I have had no problems. To be honest, it would be appreciated if he could check in with you after your surgery. I would feel more at ease talking to him than a nurse.

This office has made a huge change for the better! The new DPT John has made new and innovative changes to the style of therapy techniques and utilizes state of the art PT practices. The front office staff is attentive and very professional. They are always very helpful in scheduling appointments and ensuring that your insurance is always kept up to date with no discrepancies. The back of the house crew in the therapy room are always there to ensure your physical capabilities are being met and conquering your rehab goals! Thanks guys for getting me in tip top physical shape.

Even after seeing all the negative reviews of the front desk staff, it doesn't adequately explain how rude and incompetent these people are. To say that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing is an understatement. If Pathi had an ounce of integrity, he'd do something about these people. Since he doesn't, we'll have to. Special incompetence bonus points go to Christina, who flat-out lied to me and told me something at odds with what literally every other reception there has told me. Victor was fine, he tried. Thanks, Victor!

Worst doctors office ever. Pathi did my surgery and did a good job and I like him but the rest of his staff should be fired. I had an appointment at 1:00 and they sat me in a room until 2:30 before i was seen. Then i got a prescription for pain meds from them. The pharmacy could not fill it until pathi's office contacted iehp and gave prior authorization. I fought with pathi's staff for days trying to get them to do this but they would not cooperate. I am never going back and you shouldn't either.

So far the staff has been great to me and have answered all my questions. Dr. Pathi is so nice and really takes care of his patients! I would recommend coming here if you could. Some patients though are over the top dramatic and would understand why they got some bad reviews. But honestly they’re nice to me so that’s all that matters :)

The Dr and the PA are good, but the policy for forms to get filled out are ridiculous they charge you for every form that you need filled out from disability to FMLA and even a form from my employer to go back to work! The staff are rude and pathetic. The only one who has been respectful is the guy don't know his name he works the front window. The woman is disrespectful who I dealt with to myself and my daughter. I wouldn't recommend this office. They need better policy regarding the paper work patients need and stop being so greedy!

Do yourself a favor find some place else to go! Dr. Pathi is a wonderful Dr. BUT, The staff is absolutely pathetic! unprofessional, unequipped, It has taken months to get my medical records released to my attorney (Which I paid for and signed a release for them to do) after months of no response or action I had to pick them up myself and now have to deliver them to him. When I started to see Dr.Pathi I brought all my records with me, including my MRI CD I have asked for these to be returned to me for over 8 months and I have not received them They state " We are looking for them and have no found them yet and We have so many patients that bring their Disks to us." save yourself a headache go someplace else

I had surgery on my right hand October 25. On November 18, I went in to have stitches removed. After stitches were removed, My hand was wrapped and I was advised by Dr. Pathi I could remove the wrapping in 24 hours and resume washing my hand, etc. I asked Dr. Pathi if I needed to return and he said, “No, were done unless you have complications, then call for an appointment.” I left thinking all of the stitches were removed. The next day I removed the wrap only to find Dr. Pathi left stitches in my right thumb. There was nothing I could do until the following Monday. I called the office and explained what happened, only to be put on hold for 45 minutes. Then I was told that it was written in my chart that Dr. Pathi wanted to see me in 6 weeks to remove the remaining stitches. I explained that this was not my conversation with Dr. Pathi. I was scheduled an appointment for December 28th to have them removed. Two months after surgery. I felt the staff was covering up for Dr. Pathi. I then learned I had global coverage after my surgery, which means any visit after my surgery is covered and I did not have to pay copays. Well, the office staff said I had copays, I didn’t know about the global coverage until two days ago. They now owe me money back. Let’s see how long it takes for me to be reimbursed. I also believe there is fraud going on in that office. Every time I need paperwork completed for my insurance company, I have paid $15 per page to $25 per page and so far, it has cost me $120.00. Then I’m told to give them 14 days and each time I go to pick up my paperwork, it’s either completed the day I pick it up or the day before and, that’s only because I call to tell them I’ll be in to pick it up. Management needs to be more on top of things. This office needs to be more professional. Other than waiting for another document and my reimbursement, I am so glad I do not have to back to this facility. Because of my poor treatment, I have filed a grievance with my insurance company and medical facility. I would not recommend. If I had a way to choose zero stars, I would.
