They have helped me many times last minute from emergency visits to routine checks. Even as a new patient they crammed me in and saved our bengal when attacked by a dog but referred us out after stabilizing him knowing he needed extensive work done instead of wasting my time and wallet doing things that wouldn't help. He would have died without them rushing him into surgery. They have helped me with fosters and more rescues. From kittens to seniors. I truly appreciate them and the efforts they put in to get us in and care for my fur babies

Dr, Noemi is fabulous !!! She takes her time and really loves the animals , That’s very hard to find w the vets out there today . She is so kind and has the best PR skills you could ever ask for . I recommend her to all my family and friends . Thanks so much , JOY and BUDDY.

I always get the best of care and pricing is reasonable. However, they are not open for emergencies I have called in with a dog fight, snake bite during the day and they will not take me. They would rather refer you to a emergency hospital that will not give my dog the care he deserves. I understand wanting to have to regulate your patient care, but emergencies happen. I want my dog to have the best of care.

Great experience! Wonderful staff, wonderful Dr. I went in feeling so worried and upset about my kittens situation and walked out feeling so much better and at ease knowing that my kitten received the needed treatment. My kitten is doing much better now and couldn’t be happier. It’s always a great experience coming here, wouldn’t change it for the world.

Love The Staff. Love the wealth of knowledge they have and share. And I love how they treat the fur babies with care and concern.

Almost giving them 4 stars only because I didn’t feel like I was kept in the loop with what was going on with my dog. I had to call several times and the phone line were always busy, when I didn’t get an answer I showed up and they said they were keeping my dog overnight. They were very busy so I can understand why - but communication is very important to me. Overall, I am very happy with the care my dog got here, he had elevated liver values and also needed some teeth extractions. High Desert and the team took good care of my dog and he recovered quickly. Thank you guys for diagnosing Gorgeous Jorge and bringing him back to health!

Staff is always helpful getting my animals in promptly. Both front and back staff are helpful and sweet and my pets all have no fears going here. We have gone here for emergency life saving procedures when our bengal was attacked and had major facial and skull damage, basic checkups and vaccinations. I have taken my personal furbabies here, rescued babies and fostered babies here.
