Dr. John offers more than just old school chiropractic! He offers what I would call a rare sports type muscle conditioning, stretching and relieving. He focuses on my needs or pains through consistent work on the muscles through applied pressure, massage, and stretching. He taught me to use my core which was a huge game changer, and gives me routines to practice on a foam roller at home. Unlike any chiropractor I've had, made several recommendations to friends & family and will continue to do so to anyone needing help/relief!

Dr. John Blenio is a phenomenal chiropractor with the kindest manner. I have had lower back discomfort issue for years. Which I tried two different chiropractors in the past and had minimal results. A colleague referred me to high Amplitude Health and John is an ace. His knowledge of the body muscles and joints and approach is amazing. I've seen him for my treatments, and so happy that he was able to resolved my lower back discomfort within just a few sessions! Highly recommend! Also, his muscle stretching methods are great as well!

Dr. Blenio is a champion. Originally I saw him for my knee/ankle injury recovery - and after 2-3 visits they are longer bothering me. Further more, after I pointed out my back and neck tightness, he worked on that and remove the discomfort in 2 visits. He also taught me to use foam rollers to relax the muscles after workouts. I will recommend Dr Blenio 100%

After dealing with chest and shoulder pain for months, where conventional treatments were not working, a friend suggested I see Dr. Blenio. In three visits, Dr. Blenio was able to treat the pain! Dr. John Belinio is a very professional and knowledgeable Chiropractor. I have been a patient for over 15 years and there is not an ache or pain he cannot heal. His ability to understand the where the pain is originating and massage, stretch and heel is amazing. I highly recommend his practice if you want to relieve yourself of pain.

Came to John with lower back, hip stiffness and pain. Expecting to just get cracked and booted out the door, that was not what I received. John told me 100% that it was a muscle problem and that he could have me fixed in a couple of sessions. Skeptical, I said sure let's see what happens. Well, couple sessions have passed and he was right on, no more radiating pain or pain of any kind, and stiffness has loosened up (proven by the amount of flexibility I had during my last session). I will definitely be trying to find other things wrong with me so John can fix them.
