They are polite from the first moment I came in, from the Front Desk to the Physical Therapist.. They helped me with exercises that helped strengthen my shoulder muscles. I could feel positive results even with this 1st visit. I was treated with respect and look forward to this healing journey with Hi Desert Physical Rehabilitation Group

Go somewhere else. I come into a different trainer each time, who clearly doesn't have a pre-planned program for me. Just "Let's try this." or "How does that feel?" I shutter to think what my insurance is paying these people for giving me do a bunch of random strength test and when I ask questions about what the goal is I can't get a straight answer. Every other physical therapy establishment I've been to had an individual plan, with measured progress, and I work with the same trainer. These guys are clearly just throwing mud at the wall to see what sticks.

Terrible experience with billing. They incorrectly sent me a bill for a session I had already payed for. The billing company emailed them to get it fixed and Hi Desert never emailed them back. The billing department can't remove the charge without Hi Desert saying so, but Hi Desert won't email them back.

Mediocre guidance to stretch and workout. If you attended Gym or PE then you know how to stretch and workout. Do that. The Therapist will use anatomical jargon to sound sophisticated, but in reality they are just giving you a few stretches and exercises to do. Things you already know if you’ve played sports or things you can learn online and with better image quality than the black and white printout missing pictures I got. Physical Therapy is good for the interventions you can’t do yourself (deep tissue scraping, etc.) but nothing besides basic advice was I offered. All with the naive assertion that they would get me “fixed” right up. Magical stretches I never thought of will do that? If you have never played sports and do not have access to the Internet, then I recommend you go. Otherwise find quality resources online and begin experimenting with stretches, heat, active recovery, and slowly increasing weight to your exercises.

I have worked with Ryan and Spencer on strengthing my core and glutes to get ride of my back pain. I've been to four appointments and my back feels great. I never would have realized the connection of core and glutes to my back pain. Ryan and Spencer have been very profesional.

I had issues with my shoulder. I was told it is degenerative arthritis and there is not a lot I can do. My doctor recommended pain pill and/or injections. I asked for physical therapy and she prescribed that. I went to Hi Desert Physical Rehabilitation Group and met Christie. She was very patient with me and all my little complaints. Long story short - I did not really believe that the stuff we were doing is going to help. But after the second session I felt great improvement! Christy gave me exercises to do at home and I did them faithfully. Now the six sessions are over and I can use my shoulder again. It is amazing!! Ask for Christie! She is amazing!! She is patient and makes sure that you understand everything! And the exercises really do help! I am very VERY grateful to her!!

The front desk person is always rude. We were charged $45 which is what they charge for missing an appt when we showed up. We were a couple of minutes late after calling to let them know and stated that their text reminder for the appt said 4pm not 3:30. They never schedule follow up appts on a weekly basis as they should. We usually end up waiting to hear from them or need to call to find out when to come back.

Terrible customer service over the phone. I spoke with the woman on the phone three times regarding an appointment and reschedule. She was rude and condescending every time. I worked in Military Medicine for 20 years and never have I treated a patient like this. This woman is in the wrong business. The physical therapy itself may be great, but I wouldn't know. I never made it because she was so rude. I called her, canceled the appointment and let her know that it was because of her terrible attitude. She was indifferent. I'd rather do business with staff who appreciate and value their patients. I will take my business elsewhere.
