Everyone here is incredibly kind and treats you with care. They make you feel comfortable and do their best to get you the treatment you need. Carrie also went out of her way to print, scan and email me all of my medical records, which I really appreciated!

They are an excellent team, without a doubt, the best, very friendly and help you with everything. I recommend them to you, the best with the best equipment.

Fast efficient friendly and professional ......... the best combination of all things important! All staff members are very accommodating, There is however one staff member there that stands out as being the most congenial professional I've ever dealt with. She is amazing and I'm grateful she's there. Her name is Carrie. She alone is worth the visit!!!

I have been receiving IV vitamin infusions at the Lutz Location of Hess Spinal Center. I cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at Hess. I never have to wait and am always treated professionally. The IV treatments are a miracle for me. I have so much more energy and feel like my immunity is improving. Nurse practitioner Sanchez is amazing and mixes the vitamin infusion depending on what I need. I highly recommend this office.
